This attractive and spacious five-bedroom/six-bath home features a partial oceanview, that includes whitewater and spectacular sunset views. There is only one other house separating it from the awesome sand, waves and surf of Newport Beach.
Beach House on Seashore is a perfect vacation home for a large family or group. The ground level has two large living rooms each with TV, VCR & DVD, a full kitchen, a bedroom with attached bathroom, a hall bathroom, a laundry room with free washer and dryer for tenants use and a two car garage with extra parking behind the garage door. There is also a propane BBQ on the patio for tenant use.
The upper level has a gorgeous Master Bedroom with an ocean view, balcony, king size bed, walk in closet, jacuzzi tub and giant walk in shower with seat and two shower heads. Three more bedrooms are on this level two of which have attached bathrooms, and there is also a hall bathroom. There are 3 TVs, 3 VCRs and 1 DVD player in the house for cable TV viewing. Above this level is a rooftop deck with table and chairs to enjoy with great rooftop views. On Seashore Drive there is a bike path that can be used for biking, skating, jogging, walking or just people watching. Also on Seashore Drive less than 1/2 mile is a park with basketball, handball and tennis courts.
Enjoy an active vacation on the beach, or visit the many local attractions which are an easy drive from this great Newport Beach location.

We have come to this rental twice now and have loved it. The house is amazingly luxurious and the location is great- I tend to get lost on Seashore Dr. while riding a beach cruiser (provided in the garage, by the way), but this house is easy to find. the patio outside is a great place to sit and have breakfast and greet all the joggers and listen to the ocean. I love how close it is to the beach- you don't have to trudge a long way with all your gear. it's just right out front. I appreciate the presence of the garage because finding available parking on seashore is always a gamble. The house is decorated so nice and there is so much space to spread out that even with a lot of people in the house, it doesn't seem crowded. I was glad for the baby gate and stroller. We love staying here and we look forward to coming back!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
