The upper villa in CASA VICTORIA VILLAS is a LARGE, luxury three-bedroom unit (2000 sq.ft.) with a shared pool and large pool deck. This grand property, with four units in total, is located 1.5 blocks from one of the most beautiful, tranquil and long white sand beaches on the "Mexican Riviera" and it is within easy walking distance to all the amenities in the village.NEW: Security bars have been installed on all windows and patio doors.
3 BEDROOM UPPER Villa:
This magnificent Villa has three large bedrooms, 3 baths. Two bedrooms are in the north wing. The front master has aking bed and the back bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom (with king bed) complete with private covered patio, is in the south wing tucked behind the kitchen. This is a wonderful arrangement for couples/families sharing which affords privacy. The extra-large fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight and the expansive open plan living/dining room area with large windows and patio doors offers a delightful airy ambience. With a wonderful long terrace and an elevated deck, you'll be able to look over the pool and to the ocean beyond. A few steps down from your deck brings you to the pool offering loungers, a shade palapa, tables and umbrellas.
The upper villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has two double beds.
The property is elevated and there are always fresh ocean breezes which air and cool the villa. There is a beautiful view of the surrounding Sierra Occidental Mountains and lush greenery. This villa has AIR CONDITIONING and is equipped with all linens and towels, including beach towels.
Maid service is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday along with garden and pool maintenance.

On the same property, CASA VICTORIA VILLAS offers a 2 bedroom villa on the lower level, our new 1 bedroom Garden Apartment(connected to the lower level villa)and a 2 bedroom semi-secluded casita at the front of our property, and for a total of 8 bedrooms and approximately 20 guests...perfect for small weddings or other special occasions!
This property has been very well maintained and is a fabulous place to spend your winter vacation. It is conveniently located on a quiet residential street in the coveted Zona Dorada (Gold Zone), 1.5 blocks from the beach and only a few blocks from the town square. It is close to a great selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping that are all within an easy walk from the property.
Bucerias is typical of a true Mexican fishing village with cobblestone streets. It is a very safe village and we feel comfortable walking to town any time of the day or evening. It is located just 12 miles from the Puerto Vallarta airport and there are plenty of buses to take you for a visit to Puerto Vallarta or to the north and the other small towns and beaches along the coast.
With a population upwards of 10,000 people, Bucerias is a very friendly place with excellent restaurants and stores for shopping. In January there is a colorful Mexican fiesta celebration offering guests a taste of local culture and pageantry. On Sundays, both townspeople and tourists can be found at the local 'mercado' or market which literally sells everything from fresh vegetables to back packs.
For nine years the owners of Casa Victoria have greeted guests to Bucerias and we are delighted to welcome you again and answer any questions new guests may have. We are often at the property or in the area, especially during high season, but if we aren't available our property manager, Baldo, is just a phone call away.

We spent some time at this rental in December 2008 and absolutely loved it! We will be back for sure, with entire family in tow as the property will easily accommodate large families. We recommend the property to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay, with all the modern conveniences, close to a great beach, in the heart of a genuine Mexican town.
