BEST LOCATION ON THE ISLAND! Make sure you check a map before booking any condo on Cancun! Only 3 condo buildings are at the point of the island, which is the center of activity: the Girasol, Salvia, and Carisa & Palma.
We are on the penthouse level of the Girasol building, right on the beach, at the point of the island (Punta Cancun). No need to rent a car – we are with in walking distance of most of the restaurants and shopping centers on the island. Across the street from Senor Frogs, a block south of The Forum (Carlos-n-Charlies, Dady’O, The City, Coco Bongo, Hard Rock, etc). We are on the bus route, for easy access to the mainland or other parts of the island. Bus fare is only about 65 cents. Day trips are available to Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Playa Del Carmen, Tulum, or Chichen Itza.
Condo Info & Amenities:
Beautiful penthouse unit is our family’s personally-owned vacation condo, not a hotel. The condo is two stories with an ocean-view balcony on each level. Two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private full bathroom and 2 twin beds. One bedroom also has a trundle (daybed) that can sleep 2. Downstairs is an additional full bathroom, plus a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with loveseats and a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, microwave, fridge and freezer, oven burners, toaster oven, cookware, dishes, and utensils.
Electronics:
FREE high-speed internet access (bring your laptop). TV with DVD player (bring your own DVDs). FM/AM radio with CD player (bring your own CD’s)
FREE Extras:
FREE coupons, FREE information packet, private lockable closet, 2 boogie boards, pool toys and rafts, 2 beach chairs, pads for pool lounge chairs. Balcony includes hammock, charcoal grill, and table and chairs. Bedding and towels included.

We are located on the penthouse level of the OCEAN-FRONT Girasol building. The complex features a kiddy pool and a deeper infinity pool, tennis court, free off-street parking, 24-hour lobby check-in, security cameras, pool-side bar service, full-service restaurant for breakfast or lunch.

Your penthouse is beautiful. Cancun is beautiful. We had such a good time here. We defiantly are coming back. We loved just sitting outside watching the waves roll in. We also traveled to Chichen Itza. That place is so amazing. We recommend going there to everyone. We also loved just walking around and shopping. Thank you for providing this beautiful condo for us to stay in.

Our group had such a great time at the condo. These condos are the most cared for in the whole complex. They are decorated and painted very nicely with plenty of room and beds. The views from the balconies of the downtown area and the ocean are amazing and the location is the best in Cancun. The Condos are located right on the beach with pools downstairs and every important bar/club in the city is within walking distance. This is a big deal because nighttime traffic is awful and our group never had to worry about leaving early to go out at night. I also cannot sing the owner's praises loud enough. We had a little accident at the condo and their support got everything taken care of very easily. They got back to us and answered every question we had in a timely manner throughout planning the trip and even when we there. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend their places to anyone who is visiting Cancun.

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay with our family. Really enjoyed the breeze and waves as well as the great view. Swimming was great too. We visited Chichen Itza, Tulum & Xel Ha. All 3 were well worth the time. Rent a car and go on your own to Tulum & Xel Ha. Try to get to Xel Ha before lunch to enhoy the full day there. Bring sun hats to visit the ruins! El Pescador in town was very nice and good prices. El Mortero just up the road was great for Mexican food. Argentine Steak House was excellent! HAVE FUN!

un, Relaxing time. Beware = Booze Cruise, waste of dollars. Not very boozie! Co Co Bongo on Saturday night = too many locals and too crowded! Almost dangerous! Our 3rd year to stay… we keep coming back! Great location with teen aged kids! We’re a close family and the Girasol seems to make us even closer!
