I highly recommend this condo! The grounds and pool are beautiful and well maintained. Located within walking distance to lots of great shopping, dining, clubs, etc. Spectacular sunrise view from the balcony. A well equipped kitchen gave us the option of eating in. We enjoyed our stay!

We went to Cancun and stayed at the Girasol. It was the best location we could have ever found! We walked to EVERYTHING!! And the beach was amazing. The night clubs were about a block away, and were so much fun. And you couldn't hear the music from the condo, so it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this condo for any families with children, college groups, or adult couples. It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and even served us our food and drinks down on the beach. If you want to experience a piece of heaven, this is it. Thanks Teresa and Jay!!

We went to Cancun and stayed at the Girasol. It was the best location we could have ever found! We walked to EVERYTHING!! And the beach was amazing. The night clubs were about a block away, and were so much fun. And you couldn't hear the music from the condo, so it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this condo for any families with children, college groups, or adult couples. It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and even served us our food and drinks down on the beach. If you want to experience a piece of heaven, this is it. Thanks Teresa and Jay!!

We had a great time in your condo! Went with a group of ladies for a girls weekend away and had a very nice time. Felt very safe in and around condo at all times. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant had good breakfast and excellent drink service on the beach! Beach view is fantastic and can walk to shopping and restaurants (recommend Natura next to the OXXO station!). Would definitely come back and rent again!

Needless to say, our experience at the Girasol complex was truly unforgettable! All of us had a great time with the amazing view, friendly staff and unbelievable location. There is NO better location if you are looking for nightlife and entertainment. I think we were the envy of many people we met due to our privacy, location and spacious abode. I highly recommend this place while staying in Cancun! Without doubt, if we return to Cancun sometime soon, we know where to stay!

BEST OF FRIENDS, BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES!! Our trip to Cancun this year was one we will all never forget! We rented out Penthouse four at the Girasol which was located right on the strip downtown in the middle of all the action. The condo was perfect for our group. Clean, comfortable and beautiful! We enjoyed every second of our time staying there and we will be back! The breathtaking ocean views and the amenities our condo had made us all feel right at home! One of the concerns we all had going down to Mexico was that of the whole safety issue. All of us were coming from the U.S. and all we had heard was how dangerous everything was down there. We were wrong. At no time were we at any danger while we were at the Girasol or in Cancun for that matter. This was really amazing because it made for a really memorable vacation despite the conflict portrayed in the media. On behalf of our whole group we just want to thank Teresa for all her hard work and wonderful hospitality she showed us from day one. Thank you Teresa for making this trip possible for us!! My friends and I loved staying at the Girasol! The penthouse was very large and definitely accommodated our large number of people very well; perfect for what we needed. The beach was wonderful and we felt very lucky because it seemed that many beaches in that area were mostly rocks. As far as location: could not ask for better! We were thrilled that EVERYTHING worth going to was a 5minute walk or less w/ the exception of a couple clubs that were maybe ten. The condo was very laid back and the food and rather large drinks downstairs by the pool were very cheap and very good. Overall, all ten of us were very happy with our choice and would definitely do it again and recommend it to others.

CANCUN TRIP 2009 BEST OF FRIENDS, BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES!! Our trip to Cancun this year was one we will all never forget! Went for a bachelor party with 7 other guys. The condo was exactly as described and there were absolutely no surprises - something that I really value when I travel. Everyone in the entire party, including the groom to be, were very happy with the condo and that only made the trip better. Most of all I appreciate the level of professionalism and personal attention the owner provided in leading up to the trip. I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends or family looking to travel to Cancun.

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay with our family. Really enjoyed the breeze and waves as well as the great view. Swimming was great too. We visited Chichen Itza, Tulum & Xel Ha. All 3 were well worth the time. Rent a car and go on your own to Tulum & Xel Ha. Try to get to Xel Ha before lunch to enhoy the full day there. Bring sun hats to visit the ruins! El Pescador in town was very nice and good prices. El Mortero just up the road was great for Mexican food. Argentine Steak House was excellent! HAVE FUN!

Our group had such a great time at the condo. These condos are the most cared for in the whole complex. They are decorated and painted very nicely with plenty of room and beds. The views from the balconies of the downtown area and the ocean are amazing and the location is the best in Cancun. The Condos are located right on the beach with pools downstairs and every important bar/club in the city is within walking distance. This is a big deal because nighttime traffic is awful and our group never had to worry about leaving early to go out at night. I also cannot sing the owner's praises loud enough. We had a little accident at the condo and their support got everything taken care of very easily. They got back to us and answered every question we had in a timely manner throughout planning the trip and even when we there. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend their places to anyone who is visiting Cancun.

Your penthouse is beautiful. Cancun is beautiful. We had such a good time here. We defiantly are coming back. We loved just sitting outside watching the waves roll in. We also traveled to Chichen Itza. That place is so amazing. We recommend going there to everyone. We also loved just walking around and shopping. un, Relaxing time. Beware = Booze Cruise, waste of dollars. Not very boozie! Co Co Bongo on Saturday night = too many locals and too crowded! Almost dangerous! Our 3rd year to stay… we keep coming back! Great location with teen aged kids! We’re a close family and the Girasol seems to make us even closer!

Bachelor party, 4 guys, awesome location! The condo was good, had everything we needed. Two bedrooms upstairs for privacy. It was right by all the nightclubs and restaurants. Check out Senor Frogs across the street and Coco Bongo just up the street. Had a super time!

Our family stayed in penthouse unit #4 and we had a great time. I can't say enough about how helpful the owners were. They gave us a lot of good info before we arrived that definitely helped out a lot. The building isn't as big or fancy as some that we saw down there, but it was perfect for what we wanted. The condo was nice, decorated with bright authentic colors. We liked having the bedrooms upstairs so the younger kids could take naps without having the noise from the living area wake them up. The extra bathroom downstairs is right inside the entry door, which made it convenient for washing off the beach sand before the kids tracked it through the entire place. :) On the subject of kids...I would definitely recommend this for families. The beach is nice and sandy (which wasn't the case with some of the others we saw). The waves were great for the kids to play in. The owners even provided boogie boards and floaties for the kids. Wonderful visit, can't wait to go back. Thanks!
