Welcome! Thank you for looking at our condominium! We hope you will come stay with us and share our beach condo on the Gulf of Mexico.
Our condominium was just remodeled with tile floors throughout, updated bathrooms, new appliances and new tropical furniture. It is centrally located on South Padre Island at Edgewater Condominiums. You will be just 30 minutes from Brownsville and 45 minutes Harlingen International Airports. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Bay that separates the mainland from the island of South Padre.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, full private bath, 32" Plasma TV, clock radio, and phone. The second bedroom has a king-size, full bath, TV, DVD/VCR and clock radio. The family room has a 42" Plasma TV, DVD/VCR and stereo with CD, free High Speed Internet connection and a stunning view of the pool and beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for your gourmet needs. The condominium also has a washer/dryer, private parking, gated entrance, private pool, hot tub, and tennis court.
The peacefulness of the area and the endless stretch of beaches are what drew us to South Padre Island. Year round enjoy the quiet walks on the beach, para-sailing, scuba diving, deep-sea and bay fishing, golf, bicycling, putt-putt golf, horseback riding, jet-skiing, windsurfing, sailing, boating, bird watching, and dolphin spotting.
Other attractions near South Padre Island include 'bartering' for pottery, clothing, handbags, liquor, or knickknacks in Matamoris, Mexico, just 45 minutes away. Visit the 'Turtle Lady' on the island, or Schlitterbauns, the famous family water park. End your day with a sunset dinner cruise.
Year round, enjoy shopping in the souvenir and T-shirt shops as well as the specialty boutiques all within walking distance of the condominium. Also enjoy dining at over 32 restaurants on the island.

Very nice condo. Quiet place great for a relaxing getaway. The complex itself is very well maintained as well as the condo. We will def. return the owner is a very nice lady to do business with.

We've been going to South Padre Island for more than 25 years. This is one of the best places that we have stayed! We continue to return to this condo year after year.

Condo is in a great & convenient location right on the beach - fairly close to the bridge and the island's grocery store (IGA Blue Marlin). Directly across from the fireworks, so a great view of that from the entry balcony. Gated parking lot. Nice aspect is the condo building itself is somewhat smaller (5 floors, this unit is on top floorm, and maybe 25 units total), not some gargantuan facility with a ton of peope to contend with - a huge plus in my book. Facility very well landscaped.

The condo is very clean and in an exceptionally nice location--right on the beach. We enjoyed our time there and loved having the condo to ourselves. Jennifer was very helpful and I would recommend this condo to friends. The complex was very neat and nicely kept up. We liked the fact that there was a gated parking lot. We would certainly stay here again.

The information for this condo was exactly what we experienced. It was well maintained and the owner was easy to communicate with and followed up with us very well. We would stay recommend staying here and we would return again ourselves.

We stayed here during Memorial Day weekend 2009. The condo is beautifully decorated and immaculate with everything you need during your stay. Our favorite part was the roomy balcony facing the ocean that wrapped around to the side with a nice view of Laguna Madre. It's an end unit on the top floor only a few steps from the ocean and a wide,sandy beach. So, we had privacy, as well. The complex is smaller so that it's quiet and the pool and hot tub are never too crowded. Hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we did.
