Our condo location is on the much prized greenbelt just a 1/10 of a mile beyond the Gran Via gate—this prime location offers quick and easy access in and out of the Country Club grounds. You can be having dinner at Tommy Bahama’s on El Paseo Drive in 10 minutes.
The BNP Paribus Open will be played March 8-21, 2010 in Indian Wells. This annual event is a top notch professional tennis tournament, one of the few that hosts both the men and women players. Best news? Stadium is a 10 minute drive from our condo.
Our attractive, newly painted and redecorated 1269 sq. foot 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, is the very popular Valencia PLAN 20 floor plan. You and your guests will enjoy a spacious living area w/dining room. Floor to ceiling windows give plenty of light and views.
Dining room sits 6 comfortably plus 2 barstools at the counter. Our beyond cute “Bistro” kitchen has been remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances. All kitchenware is provided.

The master bedroom with king-sized bed has a sliding glass door that leads straight to the pool. An extra large master bath gives your plenty of room to start your day. Both the master bedroom and living room open up onto the patio to allow breakfast with the morning sun. With it’s own private bath--the guest bedroom, has a comfy queen size bed. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door which opens to a private entry courtyard.
Our courtyard was redesigned last year to reflect a southwestern theme. A cozy love seat, bar stool and over sized chair create your perfect hide way. Relax, read a book, catch the early morning sun or star gaze at night. All done in the privacy of your own courtyard.
All linens, towels and a washer and dryer are included for your connivance. A two car garage is attached to the dwelling. A 26” flat screen TV w/DVD player is in the living room and a 20” w/DVD player in the master bedroom. Beach towels and 2 fluffy white robes are added for your spa and swimming pleasure. Why the Owner Chose Monterey Country Club
My dad had never been to Palm Desert when we both visited close friends
in 2005 who happened to live in Monterey Country Club.
I told him--"You will either love it or hate it--no middle ground."
He loved it. And by the end of our 3 day visit, he was already calling real estate agents! He never considered any other location as he fell in love with MCC.
He bought our condo within a year and we have enjoyed it ever since!

We are a father-daughter team! My dad, Roger, bought his
Palm Desert condo in 2006 and I(Lynne)do the property management,
including the rentals.
We both worked hard on getting the condo ship-shape after
the 2006 purchase. He did the heavy lifting and I painted.
We loved working together plus sharing all those early
bird dinners at Sherman's Deli! (think baby back ribs!!)
We both live up in Northern California...he in the
High Sierra mountains and I in the valley about 75 miles away.
We both love Palm Desert and would love it if you considered
our condo for your next vacation!
