Our 1300 sq. ft., recently updated 2-bedroom condo is situated on a lush green belt just off the golf course. Spacious living areas include: vaulted ceilings, new furnishings, beautiful tile floors throughout, a generous dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also included are 2 bathrooms, double garage, laundry, poolside patio, and private courtyard equipped with seating and a brand new Weber Gas BBQ! To ensure your comfort, our master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, en-suite, TV/DVD player, and its own sliding door to the poolside patio. The second guest bedroom also has its own private bathroom as well as two twin beds, which conveniently convert to a second king-sized bed if that is your preference. All linens, towels, and pool towels are included for your stay. In addition, a recently redesigned courtyard reflects a southwestern theme, and is the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun or stargaze on a warm night in a cozy, private, setting.

the condo was clean, very well equipped and the location was excellent. Everything was as stated by the owners and all that was needed was on hand and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels for use and for the pool. I would recommend this highly to anyone wishing a rental at the Monterey Country Club and I look forward to being able to rent there again.

very clean Free long distance and internet were extremely appreciated and helped us keep in touch with our families Good BBQ/Excellent water pressure in shower/ Close proximity to the pool was a ++ All questions and needs were answered promptly and efficiently All info to find the condo and research was well done and accurate Location was excellent and central for golf and also great walks to shopping areas Definitely would recommend to friends and family anytime

We had a wonderful 10 day vacation in Palm Desert. ( April /10) The accomodations were great, close to the pool and main entrance. The unit was spacious and very clean just as we were told. The complex is conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping areas. We will definately stay here again. The owner is a man of his word and very quick to respond to emails.

1/16/10 positive I stayed here for two splendid weeks in late November when it was still warm enough for swimming at 75- 80F in the day. Another time, I stayed there for the month of December. I loved staying in the condo and enjoyed its open airy feeling. I swam and/or used the hot tub daily and enjoyed working outdoors on my laptop on the patio overlooking the pool and at the bar in the front courtyard. I enjoyed cooking in the spacious, modern kitchen. I found the condo location great for taking lovely walks around the gated Monterey Country Club community and for walking to the fun, weekly Palm Desert Market Fair held nearby year round on Saturday and Sunday. The condo is laid out well with two separate sleeping suites with two bathrooms and plenty of closet space. For a few nights, we had four adults staying there at the same time and found it comfortable for all with enough privacy for folks on different sleep schedules. Overall, I found it a very comfortable and cheerful place to stay in sunny Palm Desert and recommend it highly. Anne, Staunton, Virginia

We stayed for a week in the condo and enjoyed every minute of it. So relaxing and so nice to be able to go for really nice walks all over the beautiful country club grounds, just amazing! I highly recomend it, my husband comments often how that was one of the best vacations we ever had!!

I was inbetween homes and needed a place for a few months. I rented this condo and was thrilled to enjoy the silence, and beauty that it has. It was comfortable and the views in and around it make it very special to be there. Loved the location, thanks again to the owners.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo, as we were visiting family in the area. The kitchen had been recently remodeled, the master bedroom was spacious with a very large master bathroom. It was nice to be able to walk out the sliding glass door to the swimming pool which is just a few steps away. We appreciated the security of a gated community and the standard for the neighborhood's tidyness. If we had reason to move to Palm Desert and were looking for a place to rent or purchase, we'd certainly seriously consider this property.
