This conveniently located first floor unit in a 4-unit building offers 2 large master suites each new King Size Bed and Bedding(11/08), covered parking, quiet cul-de-sac location, a large screened porch overlooking private woods and partial view of pool. The beautiful, less-congested beach is an easy 2-3 minute walk via a beach path with no streets to cross.
The unit boasts quality construction with wood floors, Corian countertops, tray ceilings and spa tubs in all 3 baths (separate showers in both master suites). The private wraparound screened porch has 3 ceiling fans, direct access from both master suites as well as great room and includes additional dining table/chairs and lovely rattan furniture. The great room includes a 37-inch flat screen TV, queen-size sleeper-sofa, newer, quality furnishings, and a dinning table with seating for six. Direct access to extensive island bike/walking paths, including path to Shelter Cove, near shopping mall. Near bike/canoe/kayak rentals and access to 11 mile lagoon. Great golf opportunities within Palmetto Dunes including Trent Jones, Arthur Hills and George Fazio courses. 45 minutes to historic Savannah, 15 minutes to outlet stores, 1 1/2 hours to Charleston, SC.
