Bike to beach and town

Completely gut-renovated 4 bedroom, 5 bath home on 2.4 acres with pool and new tennis/basketball court. The house has been completely remodeled to include the most updated and high-end design features. Finding a rental house that has taste and high-end amenities was nearly impossible until now...this house has it all, and it's furnished impeccably!

The house has a brand new high-end country kitchen with granite counter tops and mahogany island that seats 8. Stainless steel Viking appliances, built-in Miele coffee system, 2 Viking Wall ovens/convection as well as a Viking cook top. 2-drawer Fischer & Paykel dishwasher and many other unique features finish off this very tastefully designed kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a floor to ceiling windowed dining area with an antique table that seats eight comfortably.

There are 5, brand new, high-end, full bathrooms. We have designed 2 master suites with full bathrooms and a junior suite with its own attached full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the main level with a full bath directly across the hall. Linen closet, and of course, washer and dryer.

The great room has vaulted ceilings with a new wood-burning fireplace for a cozy Hampton evening. The room opens to a wall of French doors that lead out to the deck, which is perfect for entertaining. The property has all new landscaping which leads you to a brand new, all weather tennis/basketball court.

The house has a fully renovated walkout lower level which is great for watching a movie or as a kid’s playroom. The lower level includes a pullout sofa and a daybed to squeeze in a few more friends for a weekend visit, as well as a full bath. Off the lower level is a beautiful, private stone patio. Cornhole boards included!!! (what, you've never played Cornhole?)

Fully stocked with towels, linens, grill, deck furniture, 5 flat screen TVs with HD cable boxes, DVD, wireless broadband and PC with Internet, cooking supplies, dishes and flatware, and NEW FURNITURE (including two sets of "boat-themed" bunk beds in the kid's room!).

Bikes, tennis racquets and beach gear in the storage shed (although feel free to bring your own).

We’re sure this house will exceed your vacation expectations and we are pretty easy going owners so we’ll try to accommodate most requests.

  • Kid Friendly : Bunkbeds are a hot with the kids. Finished basement is great for kids to watch movies and play. They love the tennis/basketball court and pool!
