The lodge sleeps 14-16 comfortably with 2 Masters on the main floor. Both master bathrooms have heated tile floors.
Master #1-California King bed with designer bedding, chaise lounge, gas see through fireplace, and 42" TV. Bath has a large soaking tub, two sinks, large walk-in shower with extra jets and rain shower head.
Master #2-California King Bed with designer bedding and 42" TV. Bath has large walk-in shower, one vanity.
Upstairs Queen Suite with full bath and TV.
Large Dorm Room with 2 Queen Sized Beds and a daybed with a trundle underneath, 32" TV, large walk-in closet, bath with tub/shower, two sinks.
Large Bonus room with two sets of Twin XL Bunk Beds, 57" TV with DVD, XBOX 360 and the very popular Guitar Hero (with guitars), dart board, 4-person game table, bar with sink, microwave and refrigerator.
Covered Outside Kitchen with large gas BBQ, two burners and beverage center. Watch a 32" TV while cooking or listen to music from the whole house audio system. Also has outside heater when needed for cold nights.
Covered outside patio area with gas fireplace, 42" TV and comfortable furniture and table with 4 chairs. You can also listen to music while outside relaxing or eating.
For those of you who like to or need to work while you are on vacation, we have an office set up for you to do your work in private.
Caldera Springs offers miles of bike and walking paths that connect to the Sunriver bike paths and it's just a five minute bike ride to the Sunriver mall area. You can enjoy all the great amenities at Caldera Springs such as access to the Lakehouse (which is a clubhouse that has a pool table, large screen TVs, wii and Xbox, shuffleboard and a bistro), fitness center, lockers and showers, public hot tubs, an infinity pool with a lava tube water slide and an outside fireplace and sitting area. These are exclusive to Caldera Springs owners and their guests. There is basketball, tennis, a kid-friendly area with a play structure and sand box area. Canoes and kayaks are also available for your use on the private lakes.

Terri and Brent, June 2011 Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your incredible home. Jeannie and I have stayed in Sunriver many times over the years, but this was the first time staying at Caldera Springs. It was so beautiful and peaceful, yet plenty to do, from playing tennis to the incredible swimming pool, the bike trails, and of course golf. When we decided to have a reception in Sunriver, we needed a house that could accommodate us, our children and grandchildren. We also wanted a place that had enough room to accommodate our reception. Finding your house was a blessing. It was everything we were looking for and more. Even on the day we had our reception it never felt crowded. Everyone that arrived to our party had the same reaction and was in awe. Thanks to you and your beautiful home our reception was perfect. We made memories that will be with us for a life time. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Sunriver area, whether they need a place large enough to handle a family reunion, reception, or party, or even looking for a place to just stretch out and relax, your house is the place. Wow, thank you so much for opening up your beautiful custom home! Our stay at Sunstone Lodge was absolutely incredible and Caldera Springs is not only quiet and secluded but has so much to offer between the pool, golf, and facilities there is no way to be bored. We had a large group which can be a challenge to find a home with sufficient room for a long stay but Sunstone Lodge was perfect. Plenty of rooms, beds and baths to accomodate everyone and with the bunk/play room upstairs combined with the large great room, kitchen and dining room that blends perfectly into the outdoor patio and living area we had room for everyone. With NBA Finals on, we loved that there was a TV in literally every direction. What a perfect home for entertaining and a great location for getting away. Thank you so much and we will certainly be coming back again next year.

Terri and Evetts Family What a fantastic place to stay and great location!!!!! With 16 golfers we are always trying to find a place that will accommodate a large group of guys and your house was absolutely perfect. The layout both inside and out was ideal for us, but also an excellent set-up for multiple families. Your outdoor kitchen and covered patio w/ TV, Fireplace and Heater is top shelf!!!!! Of course when searching for a place on most websites you always question the accuracy of the desription, but I can honestly say the detail of your rental was nothing short of perfect. I have already recommended this to many friends and I'm already planning the Ski trip for this coming winter.....thanks again for letting us stay at your lodge......it was Stellar.... Cheers, SH

March 2010 We're soooo happy we came across Sunstone Lodge! We rent homes several times a year in various places and this home was beyond our expectations. The pictures on the web just don't do it justice. Comfortable, cozy, luxury, are a few words that come to mind. Every last detail has been thought of in this home. We spent a week skiing and I have to say we looked forward to coming back to the Lodge each day and relaxing in this wonderful home! We definitely did not want to leave!! We hope we can return again some day soon. Thanks for sharing your amazing home!

Hi Terri, Well, we are home in Seattle and seriously missing being in Caldera Springs. I just wanted to thank you on behalf of my family and our friends for the spectacular vacation we had. We fell in love with Caldera Springs. Thank you so much for making your house available to us. We loved every minute of it. In fact, my 5-year-old son learned how to ride his bike without training wheels for the first time! We truly hope we can rent from you again next summer...and the summer after that...and after that. Dear Evetts Family, Every winter my friends and family travel from Portland to Sunriver for a ski weekend. This was by far the most amazing vacation home we have ever stayed at in Sunriver. This trip was the most amazing one yet thanks to your beautiful vacation home!! We loved all the features the home had to offer, all the tv's in the most unexpected places, ping pong, the hot tub, all the fireplaces, the amazing kitchen for entertaining, the grill area and of course everyone's favorite part....the master suite shower. Just about everyone had to try it out once! Thank you again and we will be back for sure every winter and now summer!

We just finished building a high end custom home, our dream house, but when we walked through the front door of Sunstone Lodge at Caldera Springs we were blown away. Every detail has been thought through from the kitchen to the master suite to the guest rooms…we loved it!!! How can you beat watching ESPN while BBQ’ing steaks, or listening to your ipod while in the hot tub…unbeatable! Thank you Evett’s for an amazing vacation, and an amazing house.

Brent and Terri ~ Your beautiful home literally took our breaths away when we walked in! We just loved all your special touches. The guys thanked Brent for all the TVs in the house. The gals loved your master shower, the beautiful appliances, the coffee/espresso maker, the lovely furniture, the laundry/mudroom and the list goes on. None of us wanted to leave including the kids!! We stayed at Sunstone Lodge this past Winter, and it was as if we were in a private ski lodge. This is a spectacular home with luxury and quality everywhere. Terri and Brent are wonderful owners and did a beautiful job designing and decorating. Everything is top of the line here and with outdoor living areas, 9 flat screen TVs, a beautiful executive office with a PC, XBox, ping pong, hot tub, bikes, sleds and lots of room, there is plenty to do and the furnishings are so plush that you won't want to leave. Sunstone Lodge is even better than advertised, as it is hard to capture the vastness and comfort with photos. Thank you Terri and Brent for creating such a breathtaking retreat and for making us feel so welcome. We will return.

Summer 2008 We stayed at Sunstone lodge this summer with another family and was very pleased with our stay....the lodgelike atmosphere, upscale decor and quality linens and beds were a pleasant surprise from the homes we have rented in the past. A few of the really spectacular features were the custom kitchen with Dacor espresso machine, flat screen TV and massive Thermador stove. The kids spent the better part of the day on the outside covered living space with fireplace and another flat screen TV. We had plenty of room and a fantastic time and most certainly will be back again. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us.
