Our unit is one of only a handful of units located on the ground floor in the Beach Tower (tower closest to the beach) with an extra large lanai incl. grassy lawn. It faces the preferred pool side, making the pools, beach and BBQ facilities accessible directly from the lanai. Please note that this unit books quickly.

We just returned from a week-long stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom villa and it was wonderful. The unit is amazing. Two good sized bedrooms with baths. A generous living room/kitchen/dining room with a lanai overlooking a nice grassy area and the pool. Top of the line appointments: Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf range, flat screen tv's, big walk-in showers and very deep-soaker tubs. Huge pocket doors that completely fold away to make the lanai an extension of the living area. The facilities are excellent. Nice pools, hot tubs, fantastic beach for the kids to play, and great swimming in the lagoon. This unit is, in my opinion, has the best location of the entire building: You can go out the lanai and straight to the pool or beach. Others have to go out the hall, down the elevator and around. Might not sound like a big deal, but direct access is a HUGE perk when travelling with little kids who constantly want to go in and out. We loved it. Ko Olina is very quiet, so if you seek the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, this may not be your best bet. However, if you are looking for a top-of-the-line condo with a great pool a fantastic beach with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, this is your place. The owner is responsive and accommodating. We had no issues whatsoever and the entire process went smoothly. We strongly recommend Ko Olina Beach Villas and this unit in particular.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this villa in June of 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed it! Everyone was so great to work with. Even the bartenders were so friendly and informational.Our lanai was right by the gate to get into the lagoon pool and it was so handy to the beach also.I would highly recomend this unit for families or an all girl getaway like we did!It had everything we needed,even beach towels.We felt completely pampered with all the amenities that the villas offered and were so impressed with how safe it was.This truly was a dream vacation and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
