The Colony Camelback is less than 10 miles from the airport. There are over a dozen movie theaters within walking distance. If you enjoy shopping, you're in luck! This Condo is located less than 100 feet from one of the largest malls in the Southwest, "Fashion Square". If you feel like hiking, you can walk approximately one mile to climb the trails of Camelback Mountain.
If golfing is your bag, you have many golf courses nearby. Including the well known Phoenician, which is located about a mile away, at the base of Camelback. Old Town offers the feel of the old west, and is only about one mile to the South. Features include Shopping, Art Galleries, and Carriage rides. You can walk to casual, or fine dining, which is connected to Fashion Square.
This Condo is Very Private, Quiet, and Clean. If you have someone in the area, and you would like them to preview the Condo prior to renting...just let me know, and we can try to make the necessary arrangements. Thank you.
