Quiet lazy river with rare, south facing house afford wonderful sunset views. - Brazoria House Rental, Riverfront Location, Perfect Spot For Fishing, Water Skiing - Pet Friendly. This is an great family environment! Our home has been used for corporate retreats as well. On the front porch you will feel like you are in a peaceful country setting with tall trees, plenty of parking and a 15 square feet smoker pit available on-site. On the back porch, enjoy the quiet mornings on the shaded porch over a smooth, lazy river....maybe drop a line in the water or cast for some bait fish. By noon the boaters are out and you'll see some amazing competition skiers. It's a short boat ride to Dido's Restaurant if you have decided to launch your own vessel. Inside this retreat you will find a large kitchen with commercial-grade griddle for quick food prep! Entertain yourselves on the pool table or ping pong table. The most unusual feature of this home is the three 10-foot glass overhead doors that, when raised, provide a cool indoor/outdoor environment. A/C's are zoned so that you can keep the bedrooms and bathrooms cool while the house is opened up. You will find this to be a low maintenance retreat where the kids can run, play, and swim. We have made a special effort to invite you into our home with the amenities that we find needed for an extended stay... please respect our efforts and ENJOY!!

Check-in/check-out times are flexible.
Refundable deposit + $150 cleaning fee required.
Sleeps 10 adults in four bedrooms.  Sleeper sofa, sofas, and
air mattresses make a great option for the kids!
