Enjoy our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home in this premier 2400 - acre resort destination, located on the northwest Florida gulf coast. The Fairways is a quiet neighborhood that has lovely trees and landscaping.
We have two bedrooms upstairs, each with a king bed and own bathroom. Half bath is downstairs. From our town home, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the Choctawhatchee Bay and water element on the golf course
Closest airport is Fort Walton Beach; Pensacola airport is also practical. Destin is ten miles to the west; the scenic 30A highway is five miles to the east of Sandestin.

Golf: there are 4 championship golf courses in this world-renowned resort. Collectively the golf courses have won numerous state and national accolades. Our over-sized back deck overlooks the 6th hole of the Links golf Course.
Play in the water: you can access various water sports (depending on the season), including swimming, surfing, jet skiing, sailing, fishing.
Walk the beach: you will find pristine white sandy beaches just a mile+ away, accenting the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Be sure to take your camera to take photos of the breathtaking sunsets and the waterfowl.
Bike or walk: Sandestin has miles of groomed trails for your enjoyment.
Shop or eat: enjoy the Village at Baytown Wharf which is found on the Resort. There are forty specialty shops in this location alone and restaurants of many different cuisines. Nearby Grand Boulevard has recently opened adding many more shops and dining spots. Depending on the week, there may be free open-air entertainment available.
