Our beachfront complex directly overlooks the Atlantic Ocean on the beautiful NO-DRIVE portion of New Smyrna Beach. This relaxing retreat features the comfort of traditional furnishings, with beach accents. The unit has a newly updated kitchen with new appliances. Other new features include new tile and paint.
The unit has two bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom has a Queen bed and master bath has a walk-in shower. Second bedroom has 2 extra long twins that can be converted to a king bed if necessary. The bath has a tub/shower. The dining room will seat 8 comfortably and the living room has a leather queen sofa-bed, an extremely comfortable leather recliner and all of the necessary electronic components.
Enjoy the beautiful views and watch the dolphins play in the surf from your own private balcony retreat. Relax on the expansive sun deck with an Olympic size swimming pool (Heated in the cooler months) and a kiddy pool for the little ones. Take a long uncrowded walk along the safe "non-driving" shoreline or soak up the sun on the clean, white sandy beach.
Sea Coast is within walking distance (across the street) of the supermarket, bike rental, restaurants, and beach shops. Enjoy the many activities on historic Flagler Avenue, shopping, restaurants and nightspots.
New Smyrna Beach is less than an hour away from all of Orlando's major attractions, including Disney, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet and Wild and is just minutes from Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center/NASA, Daytona Beach, NASCAR, and so much more.
The complex includes coin operated washers and dryers on each floor and an assigned parking space for each unit. Additional guest parking is available upon request.
