Why the Owner Chose Rincon
We decided to buy a house here well before most of the places in this town even existed! The house was located virtually on the beach in a great location that ended up turning into what some people describe as the "Hamptons of Puerto Rico". Property here was of course much cheaper then. Since the house was purchased we just remodeled it last year and turned it into a vacation rental that we can stay at when we are away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
While staying at our vacation rental you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach right in front of the house and while your there you can take a surf lesson from our surf instructor, or make the rounds at all of the restaurants that are located near by, four that are less than 1 minute walking from the rental. All of them have a wide variety of food, from local cuisine to the best sushi in Puerto Rico. If that's not enough the night life is wonderful, live music, local bands, and much much more. But if you decide to stay home, don't worry, in fact don't even cook, we also have a choice of private chefs and bakers to cater to your every need, so if its dinner for two, or a nice beachfront wedding let us know, we will take care of everything.
