This home is perched on a private 2 acre hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the monumental Rogue River Bridge, the Port of Gold Beach, and the mouth of the Rogue River as it empties into the Pacific Ocean. The incredible ocean views stretching south to Cape Sebastian are complemented by the pounding surf as it crashes upon the rocks of the jetty.
Pacific Sunset is often enjoyed by families of outdoorsmen and fishermen who can gaze from the large deck upon their loved ones fishing in the bay below. In the fall you will often see 80+ boats trolling the bay for famous Chinook Salmon returning to the Rogue River. The Pacific Sunset on the Rogue Channel can not be described by photograph or words - it must be experienced!

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to our intimate size, cancellations and reservations changes effect us significantly. All cancellations are subject to a $250.00 processing fee. Cancellations communicated more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, less the $250.00. Cancellations made less than 30 days will be refunded in full only if the reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate. In the event that we are able to partially fill your cancelled space, we will refund the recovered amount, less a $250.00 processing fee. Deposits made by credit card will be charged 3.5% of amount paid + the $250.00.
Deposits
To secure a reservation for up to one week, we require a payment for the first night's stay plus a security deposit of $300. The security deposit is refundable within 48 hours after departure, provided there is no damage to the premises.
To secure a reservation for one week or more, we require a payment of 1/2 of the total stay plus the $300.00 security deposit.
