Our new two-bedroom riverfront luxury condominium has been professionally redecorated and reflects the unique style of the Pearl District. The main level has hardwood floors and the stairs and 2nd level have a premium plush carpet that we installed for your comfort and pleasure.
We use only the highest-grade mattresses and down pillows with 500-1000 ct linens provided. In most cases, we personally iron your sheets. Absolute comfort and quality is a priority to us and provided to you.
Our two-bedroom unit is perfect for a family or to share with friends. One bedroom has a king size bed while second has a Day Bed with trundle. Each mattress on the Day Bed is a Tempur-Pedic, which affords the ultimate in comfort and easily turns into two separate twin beds (or add a king size featherbed and the Day Bed Trundle becomes a king size bed).
If while staying with us your visit forces you to stay inside for some portion, feel free to become lost in luxury with our down-filled sofa while viewing movies (37-inch HD flat screen), relaxed by the presence and many activities of the river, or stimulated by reading or playing a board game.
Why are we the only place to stay?
We want to provide all the extras you will not find in a hotel and cater to your needs beyond any other vacation rental.
• 24-hour availability. Call us with any problems or concerns. Any type of question we can answer-we are here to help and serve you.
• Fully stocked kitchen (with Le Creuset and Heinkle knives) in which you will find everything that you left behind at home. If we do not have it, we will purchase it for your use (within reason). No need to buy a jar of mayo just to make a sandwich. We leave you with all the essentials i.e. olive oil, vinegars, ketchup, mustard, syrups, flour, sugar, spices...and to get you started we leave coffee, eggs, butter etc.
• Forget Me Not box full of those extra amenities (toothbrush, shampoo, hairdryer,) that are easily forgotten.
• In addition to a 36-inch LCD HD flat screen wall mounted TV, we also have a DVR (recording) Comcast with movie channels and On Demand, with which we offer one free movie rental with your stay.
• Although Portland is Wi-Fi, for your security we have Comcast wireless high-speed internet.
• Laundry Soap, Non-chlorine whitener, fabric softener are provided at no extra cost.
• We've loaded our condo full of helpful guides, books, and many personal insider tips just for your convenience.
• In addition to table games, a small library of books, CDs, DVDs, upon your request, we can provide a video game system for your use.
• For families with children we come equipped with a portable crib, highchair, car seat, stroller, age appropriate toys, and a child gate for stairs

Great stay in Portland

My husband and I were in Portland for the first time. We loved the condo. It was very cozy and decorated beautifully. The location was so convenient to everything. We did not have a car but did a lot of walking and used the bus and Max to go places that were too far to walk to. The Max station is about a 5 minute walk and the Pearl district is 10-15 minute walk. Be sure to bring an umbrella. Everyone in Portland just does whatever in the rain and do not let it stop them from enjoying themselves, so we followed suit. There is Whole Food about 20 minutes away and a mall across the river which you can go per bus or taxi. It was so nice to have a TV, computer and nice kitchen. A wonderful home away from home. The beds were all comfortable and it has a washer and dryer in the condo. Yes there is a train across the river but after awhile you do not even hear it.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

I would not recommend this place due to the fact its next door to a large train station. I even asked the owner about it before we booked it and she said "Inside the condo is very quiet". I don't see how anyone could say its quiet when trains rumble by all through the night. Stay somewhere else if you want to sleep.

We wish you would have notififed us DURING your stay and we would have been happy to refund partial payment for the inconvienience. Staying in a city always comes with noise but with all the windows and doors closed we have yet to have another complaint other than yours. We also provide box fans in all of our rooms for the use of guests if they are very light sleepers. Once again we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

I was just searching for this place and got a huge smile when i found it on this website! I stayed here last winter and am really excited to come back. It was the overall coolest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Dreamy really. Awesome appliances, super amazing decor (I cannot stand the old school B&B doily/ floral curtain vibes), great books, fantastic location and view. I was even greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and basket of all sorts of goodies. The owners were soooo helpful and sweet. I will for sure be coming back and enjoying another stay. Who needs a time share....
