Hi we are Dan and Robin Weeks we have owned this Condo since March 2004. We live in Florida and love spending a lot of our time in our condo on the Beach. Dan was born in Florida and Robin has lived in Florida for over 25 years originally from Ohio.

One of the best views we have experienced in Florida. The location was great and we felt real safe and secure at the building and out on the beach at night, ould highly recomend for family's. The condo as small but when you opened the balcony door and looked out over the beach and ocean we forgot about the condo size. The appliances could be updated but everything we used seem to work fine. We are allready planing on retuning again this fall (after our leaves cahange here).
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
You will love the view!

The views from this condo are fabulous. We sat out on the balcony in the evening to enjoy the waves rolling on the beach and during the day to watch all the activity. Pool was clean and refreshing with plenty of chairs. The beach is literally steps away and we used the umbrella and beach chairs that the condo owners provided. The condo itself is clean, but could use a little updating. Definitely fine for our purposes. We would definitely rent this condo again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.
