This beautiful condo is located in the small and quiet complex of Sea Haven on A1A in the Crescent Beach/St. Augustine area. There are restaurants right across the street, and other good places to eat a sort walk away, and grocery and beach stores are nearby. The beach is right out front, and it is beautiful sandy and wide, the nicest beach in the area!
Please note: We are not a hotel. We have a nice home. Our many repeat guests,love staying for a week or more. Since it is a home, with 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room dining room etc and not just a single one or two room suite: Our minimum rental is 5 nights. Sorry but we do not answer inquiries for less than 5 nights. We suggest short rentals contact one of the local hotels.

Why the Owner Chose Crescent Beach
When I decided to purchase a place of our own, I considered; quiet area, access to the beach, space, floor plan, amenities, views, overall look and feel, and parking. An easy walk to restaurants was also high on the list. We do enough driving and cooking at home!
But a beautiful view and the best, widest, quietest beach were number one! Those type of things nature only can create. I knew locations near an auto drive-on were crowded and with noise and traffic. So I wanted the place that was far away from that!
After years of searching, we were excited to buy this location. The complex is small and homey feeling. and, very well maintained. The beach out front is wide and soft with more birds and less cars, the sand dunes are deep and beautiful. The setting was the best. The buildings are really lovely the grounds also well maintained.
For 20 years we lived just 1.3 hours west in Gainesville Fl. Now living in New Mexico, we still enjoy our visits to Crescent Beach/and St Augustine. We have many repeat guests, and thank you notes. We make sure every thing is clean, comfortable and ready. The on site manager is pleasant and always willing to be available to help make vacations memorable.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
WE love to sit on the balcony and just be at the ocean, Walks on the beach, and hanging out at the pool. Our favorite is walking across the boardwalk to the beach, there are great seats there to relax. We love to walk down to our dinner and walk back at sunset...our favorite ocean front restaurant is just a 10 min walk. St Augustine has plenty to do and many places to explore.

This is our vacation home. We truly welcome each guest as a friend. We feel we have the best location in Florida.
I owned a local building/consulting design firm and through the years worked and consulted on many projects in the St Augustine area. I got to know the beach, the moon rise, and sunsets. As well as the charm and history of St Augustine. By driving up and down the beach from Jacksonville to Daytona, I helped select many properties for clients. And in the process always had my "eye"on Sea Haven.

We just recently came back from our family vacation, we stayed at this property for 3 weeks. It was well kept up clean and very comfortable. We have rented at several other properties in st augustine and we all agreed this was one of the best. The location and direct oceanfront was great. there was not alot of traffic in our area on the beach the grounds and pool were excellent. We really enjoyed everything. We did frequent quite a few restraunts but some of our favorites were South beach grill especially nice for breakfast and within walking distance on the beach. We also enjoyed Napoli pizza right across the street it came in very handy when we just wanted to stay by pool and beach. we ordered from there twice and actually ate in once. Good food nice people. We also always enjoy Oasis it is tradition and the food is usuallly good the Fish sandwich was the best. Overall it was a great vacation fishing playing at beasch swimming in pool and visiting with family.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
