Don't travel to the beach, go to the lake and stay with us. Our cottage is new there are only 10 homes in this development. When you enter the cottage you will instantly see the view of both the pool and the lake which has boat docks that are provided for your use.
The cottage was decorated with a cooling palate in mind but not enough warmth that you would miss the great outdoors that await you. The master bed and bath are on the top entry floor and the three other bedrooms and baths are on the lower level.
The kitchen opens up to the dining area which flows on to the living area which then leads to the screened in deck. So pack your swimsuit and your tanning oil and come to the lake for the time of
your life.
There is one boat slip per home. If you would like to bring a boat or a
SeaDoo that's fine but this is all the space you will have. The pool is shared and you must be aware of the other owners and not crowd the pool and use all the chairs.

This place is awesome! We brought our kids one day and they loved the pool. It looks as if it is professionally decorated. It is nicer than a lot of the condo's I have stayed at in Destin over the years. It is convenient to everything.. Chimney Rock, Kowaliga, The Ridge, Chucks, Anchor Bay, etc.. We had a great weekend!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have just returned from our first vacation stay at Lake Martin. I could not have found a more beautiful, luxurious home than the one we stayed in. From the designer furnishings to the magnificent pool area, everything in this home made us feel we were staying at a 5 star resort but without the crowd! Our vacation was most memorable & we hope to have the opportunity to stay in this home again. I must say this unit is even more beautiful than the photos themselves. The owners were most helpful & friendly in booking our reservations & making our stay the greatest ever!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Leave your worries behind, everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. Professionally decorated, spacious cottage. The pool is a great addition making it a blast on both land and water! Owners very easy to work with.
