  Our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children under 3) stayed at this condo Jan 19-27/13. The condo was truly a home away from home, and made travelling with our young children much easier. I highly recommend this condo! The condo was very clean, fully equipped (as described), and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. We could not have wanted or needed anything else, right down to an extra parking spot, cribs, baby bouncer, high chair and everything we needed to enjoy the island's beaches. Each family had their own room, being large as, or larger than a standard hotel room, with a full bath and walk in closets in each. Some nights we did hear the busy street, below, but this comes with the amazing location. Right outside the door are tons of shops, restaurants, coffee houses and a full grocery store just three blocks away. The beach is within an easy 10 min walk. The condo manager was fabulous. She was always available and answered any questions or concerns immediately. She made us feel important and welcome. A big THANK YOU goes out to her! As previous reviews indicate, the condo is in an older building, and the need for upgrades/ renovations is apparent in the suite (the reason for my “good” vs “excellent” rating), but having such an approachable manager and a perfect location far outweighed these cosmetic issues.

  A great place and location was fantastic. We were there for two weeks (Xmas/NewYears) with our two kids in their 20s and two of their friends. The size of the condo is large and although we had a car, which was great for getting groceries and site seeing, we used the car very little as most things we did on a daily basis was within walking distance or a short bus ride. Would recommend this place to a three couples or a family group. The bedrooms are large enough that kids could stay with their parents in the room. The kids really joyed the nightlife in the area, which was all within walking distance. The 24 hr McDonalds across the street was a bit hit as well. The photos are exactly what it looks like and it was clean. The kitchen is small, but okay for the amount of time anyone spends cooking in it. We had several meals at the large dining room table.

  Our family stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed the location and being able to get everywhere by bus right outside the door was a major plus. The building itself needs an upgrade and the unit also could do with a revamp but it was very homely although the kitchen is very small. The downstairs lobby has a terrible smell which definately needs attending to, but we had great service from the cleaner and the good people managing our stay. It has 3 huge bedrooms and three bathrooms which is great. We would definately stay here again as it is great value for money with the beach onlky 5 mins walk and food pantry for all food supplies a handy 5 min walk. When we paid our money direct to the owners at their restaurant they gave us the most amazing meal for our family of 5 at an awesome price, thoroughly recommend giving their restaurant a visit. Great view from balcony and as long as you close the doors at night you cannot hear the noise below. Definately recommend to everbody of all ages.

  My family spent a week here for my youngest sons wedding. We could not have been more delighted. This condo is heaven on earth. We had such a great time that we decided to return in June for 3 weeks. The description of the property was completely accurate but did not do it justice. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting an A+++ vacation.
