FABULOUS OCEAN VIEW! 1 Bedroom plus a Murphy bed!
This is a beautiful villa with a spectacular view of the ocean and the pool! The kitchen and bath have both been renovated with new cabinets and granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fabulous walk-in shower in the bathroom.
The sleeping arrangements make this villa ideal for two couples vacationing together or one small family:
Queen size bed in the Bedroom
Full size Murphy bed in the family room
Queen size sofa sleeper in the family room as well
The Murphy bed takes a standard full thickness mattress and is very comfortable and easy to put away during the day or you can leave it open and still have plenty of room in the family room. You will not have to move any furniture to use the Murphy bed.
There is a brand new 32" flat screen TV with a built-in DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new pots and pans, glasses, dishes, etc. There is also a new washer and dryer for your convenience.
The location of this villa is fabulous. Not only do you have a great view of the pool but you also have an unobstructed view of the ocean! The Breakers complex is located right on the beach and directly across the street from Coligny Plaza.
Coligny Plaza is in the heart of Hilton Head and you will be within walking distance to many beach shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, a grocery store, a bakery, a coffee shop and much more. There are miles of bike paths throughout the island as well.
There is a tiki hut very nearby on the beach with live music, a snack bar, and beach volleyball.

Recently rented this condo for nine days. The unit was as described and the view from the small deck was fantastic. It gets sun from late afternoon till sunset. Enjoyed having cocktails watching the water. As stated by a previous reviewer, there was dust accumulated under the bed but otherwise the condo was clean. The kitchen had most of the dishes, etc that I needed but no kitchen towels were provided only pot holders. It has enough beds to accomodate four people but the space is small. It is perfect for two people. The hall closet has no hangers and part of the space is taken up by paint cans. There is no closet in the bedroom but plenty of drawer space. The bathroom shower was large but the sink area is small and water tended to spill over because the sink itself is small. All and all we were comfortable. Hilton Head is great with lots of places to play golf, dine and explore. The Breakers is within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. The weather was very warm so that we were able to use the pool area which had lots of lounges and was very well mantained. The beach access is also handy via a walkway by the pool. The beach is great! We also took day trips to Bluffton and Savannah all very easy drives from Hilton Head. Hope to visit again in the future.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

Villa is exactly as pictured. It was clean (the cleaners could sweep under beds, couches, etc. A bit better). The view was great. Right in the middle of restaurants, shops. Out past the pool and you're on the beach. Sit on the deck and you can see the ocean, and watch the sunrise. Definitely would stay again. Could use a new mattress, but we've paid more and had worse beds. Lovely, and a great value.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
