The moment I walked in the Condo, I said "WOW, this is the life." This condo is decorated beautifully. The view is SPECTACULAR! Story 13 is the second to highest story. The beach in front is awesome! The kitchen is great, lots of useful pots and pans. We grilled out at the community grills. They are nice, too! Angela is great to work with, too!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Great Condo, Bad Communication Throughout Experience

Let's start with the positives! The condo was great! Clean, well-furnished, nicely decorated, great location, wonderful view!! Now for the not so good. The owner showed poor communication throughout. It was only during the booking process that any emails were returned within 24 hours. After that, some emails were not responded to at all. We were responsible for initiating all contact, such as deposit payment, terms and conditions, final payment, and deposit return. It became quite a hassle on our end. The communication was so bad in fact, that until we walked in the front door of the condo, we weren't sure if it even existed, we thought we may have been victims of some sort of scam. It turns out we were just victims of poor communication. The terms and conditions stated that the deposit would be returned within 14 days of departure, we received ours 21 days after departure and after several emails back and forth. We did finally receive the deposit in full. The owner showed no interest in how our stay was, in fact no follow up was done from her end. Bottom line great condo, poor customer service. Renter Beware!

GREAT CONDO! Very well decorated and clean and all the ammenities you need. The balcony is wonderful and the view is to die for. The location can't be beat. Angela, the owner, was such a pleasure to work with.

What a fabulous beachfront condo! The view is fantastic. You can see the ocean all the way in the kitchen. Beautiful balcony furniture perfect for breakfast on the water or happy hour. Open the patio doors in the Master and listen to the waves as you sleep. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a meal and it is a great place for the kids (highchair, pack-n-play, movies, etc.). The location is central in Gulf Shores and very close to some of the best restaurants like Bahama Bob's, Papa Rocco's and The Hangout. All of the amenities in the building are a huge plus- easy parking, great pool. The owners are great to work with and very nice people.
