Stayed in this unit for a weekend getaway. Condo is in a perfect spot and within walking distance to nearby shops and eating. You can get to the beach one of two ways, by tram or by a short walk, both took about the same amount of time, less than 5 minutes. The condo itself was just right for a couple. The balcony is one of the larger ones at the complex and is on the private side of the building that overlooks Alys Beach. The bathroom was large enough that both of us was able to get ready to go out without being in each others way. Owner was very quick to respond to the couple of questions I had before arriving. Next time we plan a getaway I will check to see if this unit is available first.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Wonderful location with easy walking to restaurants, shopping and Beach. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and a glass of wine in the evenings, while enjoying the view and ocean breeze. The owners were very helpful and they provided beach towels and chairs for guest use. Be sure to check out George's Restaurant and the free concerts on Wednesdays at the Alys Beach Pavilion. We would recommend this unit and stay again ourselves!
