Enjoy this wonderful condominium as a three bedroom, two bath or as a four bedroom/ three bath. Beaver Village is in a secluded forest setting just a few blocks from downtown Winter Park. Actually it adjoins the Main Street. This has been a tourists favorite for years. There is a central clubhouse with a indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, laundry facilities, and meeting room with a catering kitchen.
A private shuttle and the free shuttle buses provide easy access to the slopes of Winter Park Resort just 1.5 miles down the road. This is important because it is the most convenient location for the buses. Every bus will pass and make it the last stop meaning that you will go directly to the mountain. Many of the properties off of Main Street or in Fraser have 45 minute rides with numerous stops making the bus service intolerable. This is very easy!
The convenience of the location makes this a great property for families and groups. Just across from the property is the Fraser River Trial for strolls and biking. The center of Town is only a three minute walk away. This is one of only a few complexes which are tourist friendly for people who travel without renting a car.
The condo has three full baths along with two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds and a very large bedroom with two sets of wood bunk beds (the kind that have a full on the bottom and twin on the top). Four beds in that room. These are the very good kind which adults can sleep on. There is a couch in the living room area too.
The rates vary depending on whether you want it as a three bedroom or four bedroom condo along with the number of nights requested and the demand for each period. We have great references and offer fantastic bargains for last minute bookings for space which would go vacant if not sold. Our regular rates our very good and usually there is not much last minute availability. We are negotiable and wish to make everyone happy by saving a good amount of money. I will be happy to compare different properties for you based upon location, age, etc.
This is one of only two complexes which I recommend to people staying without a car. One wants to be in the core area of Town since the ski mountain closes at four or so and there is virtually nothing to do for food and shopping at the ski area in the evening. All other times it is very limited. You will be very happy with this choice of accommodations.
