Almost a mile of beachfront awaits you at beautiful Ocean Lakes and is within minutes of our house! Gated community with 24 hour security will make you feel relaxed and secure while you enjoy the beach and pool. Plenty of entertainment for the kids too! Huge arcade with planned activities daily. Enjoy the comfort of our SMOKE FREE, PET FREE, beautifully decorated cottage with all hardwood floors. This house was completely remodeled in 2006 and was repainted in the fall of 2009 and has been well maintained.
The home, located at site V-24, has 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds, 2 baths, one with a tub/shower and the other with a shower. There are 3 TVs, 1 in the den area with DVD and 1 in each bedroom. Wi-Fi connection avalable at campground outdoor dining area. You need to bring bed linens, towels, wash cloths and paper supplies. There is a large covered porch that faces east. Ideal for that afternoon nap when the sun is coming from the west. Restaurant/Snack Bar, 2 pools and water slide are available within the Campground. We do not have a washer/dryer. There is a very nice Laundry Mat within the campground. Rental is by the week ONLY, Saturday to Saturday during summer months. GOLF CART IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE. Ocean Lakes now charges $5.00 per day (not included in rental fee) per automoble with a limit of 2 per site. *In an effort to make your stay more enjoyable, we ask that you limit your group to a maximum of four (4) people.

Why the Owner Chose Section V
Ocean lakes is the "PERFECT" vacation spot.It is very relaxing and only minutes from the beach whether walking or riding in the golf cart. Safety and security is also important. Ocean lakes security is on patrol 24/7. Gated entrance means no one is there that shouldn't be there. There are a lot of things to do there without ever leaving the campground. There is a recrational center with all types of entertainment for the kids, basketball, horseshoes, giant water slide in the summer, huge pool, almost a mile of beach front, resturant and a convience store. We looked at the other campgrounds but none even came close to matching Ocean Lakes.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We have a large front porch that we love. Most of our time is spent there. There is always a cool breeze and our house faces southeast which keeps us shaded from that afternoon sun. We also enjoy riding in the golf cart to see what others are doing while on vacation.

July30-Aug 6th.........We absolutely enjoyed our week at this house. We have twin boys that are 6 and they really enjoyed the dead end street!!!!!! Plenty of room to ride their bicycles and scooters. We found the home to be very clean. The owners are very nice to deal with. REALLY LOVE THIS HOUSE. We do plan on staying here again in the future. The Furrs (Albemarle, NC)

July 17-22, 2011. Had a wonderful stay at this adorable, charming home. Owners were excellent to work with and the house is exactly as shown. We found the home to be very warm and cozy. Our only regret that we didn't stay here the first week of our vacation. Home was clean and and in great condition. Porch was large in size and had the weather been a bit cooler would have enjoyed it more. My only advise would be to bring hangers for the closets in the bedrooms. Drawer space is limited, but the closets are large and there is plenty of room. My family voted and we see no reason not to stay here again next year. The Hendersons Charlotte, NC

Excellent rental choice for a small family. Our family of 4 were very comfortable here this past week, everything was nicely decorated, very clean and adequately supplied kitchen. We spent majority of our late afternoons and evenings on the porch.( We definitely ate every meal on the porch! Everything was great and inviting. I would absolutely recommend this rental. The owner was very easy to work with from start to finish. The house is was immaculately clean when we arrived, and the decor was very up-to-date. We especially liked that the house is located on a dead end street, since this allowed the kids to ride their bikes without having to worry about traffic. The used of the golf cart is an excellent bonus. We plan on staying here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet getaway.

Wow! Our family had an incredible time during our stay and this home made it all possible. This home is on a dead end steet which cut down on the traffic and the kids practically wore their tires out riding their bikes all week. This is a well maintained comfortable home that you will enjoy and the golf cart makes your trips to the beach short and sweet. We will be sure to check for this home first for our next stay at Ocean Lakes. The owners are very easy to work with and communication could not have been better. You will enjoy your stay!!!

We had a wonderful experience. Everything is neat, organized and tidy. The house has everything you need and the owner was very easy to work with. Myrtle Beach had 4 inches of snow so we spent a good bit of time in the house. It was very comfortable. A great bargain with a lot of little extras!
