Great Room:
Luxuriously appointed in chocolate velvet and designer fabrics in soothing tones of aqua, it features a sleeper sofa, two oversized chairs, a 46-inch flat panel HDTV, home theatre, and easy Apple iPod connection to the sound system. A frise shag area rug compliments the piano finish Exotic Walnut wide plank flooring underneath. Sit and enjoy the view of the gulf through 14-feet of windows or step out to the 29x9 foot balcony overlooking the Emerald Coast.
Kitchen:
The tiled kitchen features granite countertops with raised bar area and leather counter stools. It’s fully-equipped with service for twelve to minimize time spent washing dishes during your stay. The dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator are GE Profile. The 25.0 cubic foot side-by-side refrigerator features an in-the-door dispenser for water and crushed or cubed ice and plenty of food storage space. A food pantry and dry good drawers provide added storage space and convenience. It’s brightly lit with recessed lighting but controlled by dimmers to your desired setting.
Dining Area:
The dining area seats six at a pedestal-style table with a dimmer-controlled chandelier. It has a Frise shag area rug with Exotic Walnut wide plank flooring underneath.
Master Suite:
The spacious gulf-front master suite is carefully designed to maximize the comfort of your stay. It features an armoire housing a 32-inch flat panel TV and DVD. The king-sized bed combines island style with the convenience of an ‘access friendly’ low profile mattress height. The Sealy Blue Lake memory foam mattress, Ralph Lauren hotel-quality hypoallergenic pillows, full light-block custom draperies and the soothing sound of the gulf waves help ensure your restful sleep. By day, the room is brightened by 10-feet of windows including sliding glass doors to the balcony. The adjacent master bath has a cultured marble vanity with dual sinks; ample drawer and under sink storage; shelved linen closet; step-in oversized dual-jetted shower; enclosed toilet; and a spacious walk-in closet.
Guest Bedroom:
The guest bedroom’s playful décor of marine animal collector stamps and custom-made black, white and apple green bed coverings and curtains is appropriate for either children or adults. It features a queen-sized iron bed with Sealy Blue Lake memory foam mattress and hotel-quality hypoallergenic pillows. An oversized British colonial dresser with nightstands and 32-inch flat panel TV and DVD complete the room. Adjacent to the bedroom is the guest bath with cultured marble counter, enclosed tub and shower, ample under sink storage and shelved linen closet.
Balcony:
The 29x9 foot balcony offers an incredible view from the 17th floor. You can look across the expanse of the gulf and watch gulls, parasailing, and the occasional display of jet fighters from the nearby Tyndall and Eglin Air Bases. Looking at the water below, it’s easy to spot schools of rays swimming by or dolphins, tarpon and nurse sharks or just people watch. You’re perfectly positioned for each night’s incredible sunset. Or look slightly West at 10 miles of beach and incredible night-time lights. Dine at the outdoor tile-topped table or relax with your favorite friend at the dual chaise lounge chairs with overstuffed pillows.
“Bunkies”:
Two bunk beds are cleverly concealed behind paneled doors adjacent to the dining area. These kid-friendly bunkies are outfitted with ladder substantial enough for adults too.
Laundry Room:
The tiled laundry room is equipped with a LG Frontload Super Capacity washer and dryer set. It provides shelving for laundry detergent and miscellaneous items as well as drying hooks for beach and pool gear. An ironing board with iron and utility stool are tucked away for use when you need them.
The Resort:
Treasure Island Resort is located at the family-friendly, less hectic eastern end of Panama City Beach giving you the longest view available of ten miles of sugary-white sand beach. The resort has a large heated pool, kiddy pool, two gazebos, four high-speed elevators, fitness room, and onsite Liza's Poolside Restaurant and Bar.
Its within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park with a fishing pier and natural unspoiled sand dunes. You can easily walk to several restaurants including Schooner’s, Scampy's, and Montego Bay. Shopping is nearby at Sunsations, Shipwreck Ltd, Alvin's Island, and The Palace beach clothing and supply stores. Several world class golf courses, Pier Park Mall, many amusement parks and Ripley’s Believe It or Not are all within an easy drive.

Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
After visiting some very nice beaches around the world (France, Australia and more) I was stunned to see how beautiful PCB is -- and practically in my own back yard. We searched up and down the beach, but loved the unique angle of the Treasure Island building and the square footage of the unit itself.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Enjoy some added touches - like binocular sets left for you to have a close-up view of rays in the water from the vantage point of the patio. There are also sand samples from around the world to set a vacation mood. Four beach chairs, an umbrella and a rolley cooler are there for your use.

My father asked me one day "if you could live anywhere you wanted, where would you live?" My answer "On the ocean."
This is my first vacation property and have enjoyed the whole process of selecting it and decorating it myself (with the help of some Interior Decorators in Atlanta) and meeting new people along the way. With this project I had the fun of creating my own web site and enjoying the place myself here and there. We're native New Yorkers now based in Atlanta and find ourselves gravitating South - to the call of the water and Panama City Beach.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The views are gorgeous. We spent our mornings drinking our coffee watching the dophins an sting rays playing in the water. My husband was able to snorkle directly at the condo. I was able to watch him from our balcony. The sunset sets are beautiful nightly. A place to relax or be as active as you want to be. There are plenty of activities on the beach from jetskies to para-sailing.

Moving our vacation back a day just to stay in your condo was the best decision we made. Your condo was absolutely beautiful and we extremely enjoyed the 10 days we stayed. You have totally changed my perception of beach condos for life. Before we stayed at your condo we thought all condos had sea foam green walls with sea shell bed spreads. When we saw the pictures of your condo and how beautifully it was decorated we knew we had to move our vacation back a day. ?You have all the amenities anyone would need plus the HDTVs puts yours way over the top. ?My wife has had two back surgeries and her back never hurt once due to your memory foam mattress. My 11 year old son wanted to say he loved the comfort of his bed. My 8 year old (for whatever reason) wanted to say he loved your toilet. (reprinted with permission from the guest)

Our stay was amazing the balcony really makes this condo. The view is amazing I woke up early every morning to have some quiet time watching the people walk on the beach the waves and even dolphins. The decor is very taste full and comfortable Pam has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We highly recommend choosing this condo for your stay in Panama Beach.You won't be disappointed but you will be if you choose another condo. The condo was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable (almost disappointed to come home to my own bed...and usually this is not the case). The owner has thought of everything when it comes to making sure you have what you need for a relaxing vacation with upscale ammenities. The patio furniture on the oversized balcony provided a relaxing atmosphere for dinner with a marvelous ocean view. My family enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets with an awesome view of the ocean and some very cool marine life (sting rays, a sea turtle, and dolphins). Great pool and poolside deli/bar. Pam was great to work with! We can't wait to return!!

This condo was "Absolutely Amazing". It was everything we hoped it would be, and it was so much more. This was our very first family vacation to the beach. My son, who is 17, had never seen the ocean before and it was so special to see his eyes light up and to watch as he put his feet Into the water for the very first time. It was moment that he will never forget and, as a mom, it is a very precious memory. My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at Pam's condo this summer on July 31st-Aug 10th. Just let me say that when we walked in it was breathtaking. Pam has done a wonderful job decorating the place from top to bottom. Not only is it the best condo to stay at in PCB, but Pam is so incredibly nice. The wheather was nice and the location is the best, with great restaurants within a walk away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks again Pam for letting us enjoy your condo. Can't wait till next year to book another week!!!

I enjoyed the attention to detail in the decorating and accommodations of this condo. I personally liked the location because it was close to great food selections, yet not too far away from Pier Park for some awesome shopping. Pier Park is creative, colorful and fun with lots to do for the family or couple dating. We loved the view from our condo and enjoyed listening to the ocean at night from the nicely decorated balcony. Many times when I travel, I am just not as satisfied with my accommodations as I would like to be so I look for alternatives for my next stay. Not here, I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the area. The condo is awesome and the owner is really easy to work with. -- Reprinted with permission from the guest

This is by far the most beautiful condo unit we have ever stayed in the 20+ years we have been coming to this area. All the amenities that one could possibly want are present with this condo. The flat screen tvs, furniture, the comfortable beds, cookware, utensils,and the beautiful view contributed to our very comfortable stay of 2 1/2 months. We will be back next year!
