This privately owned condominium with a nautical theme and is completely furnished. We offer 24 hour security. Twenty-two-hundred feet of lighted lakefront walkway. A boat ramp and trailer parking are provided.
The master bedroom has a private bath and a comfortable queen-size bed. The guest room has a queen-size bed and sofa sleeper folds to a queen size in the living area. Every room as a TV and some are plasma.
Our condo is airy and with additional windows gives the illusion of being out over the water, not closed in. There are several networks around the area that are easily accessed and we also have Wi-Fi in the clubhouse. Relax and kick back for a couple of days or stay for a week or two. Have coffee on the deck, fish, bar-b-q, swim, play tennis. There's no reason to leave the complex unless you want to shop! Our gated community is located approximately 15 minutes from the Osage Village Outlet Mall.
Just pack your clothes and food. Everything else is here. I try to keep condiments, salad dressings, coffee filters, toilet paper & paper towels, etc. on hand to save you having to buy them.
We also have monthly rental from November - March. $1000. monthly
We accept Money Orders & Cashier Checks. We also except personal checks that are sent in advance, allowing time to clear the bank.

- Dogpatch offers a lot of fun with batting cages, shopping, go carts, boat rides, etc.We also have golf courses & putt putt golf close by and the outlet mall is only 10 minutes away! Plus we have a new mall opening at Osage Beach Blvd & Bagnell Dam Blvd. It's going to be huge!

A Two-Night Minimum is required for a reservations; you must be 25 years old.

Why the Owner Chose Horseshoebend
We bought our condo at Southwood Shores because of all it has to offer. Tennis and basketball courts, 2 pools & 2 hot tubs, great fishing, a place to park boats and trailers, a fish cleaning station, boat ramp, playground,etc. We are also have a gas station, laundry mat, grocery store and deli within 1/4 mile and great restaurants.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We always feed the duck our old bread from our deck. Our grandkids love it!
Our condo is only about 5 foot from the water.

Awesome place, very wonderful place to stay. Condo was easily accessible to our family, that includes a handicapped child. Great view and just an all around wonderful place. Terry was great to deal with and everything was as stated in the ad.

This two bedroom, two bath was exactly like it shows in the picture. It was very clean and had a nice deck that overlooked the water. Terry was great to work with...and we're looking forward to a return again in August or September!

Wonderful Condo, loved the view with all the windows. Very peaceful and relaxing week. Deck view of lake is awesome also master bedroom view is also awesome. Just as Terry had described to us, bring only your food and self, everything else is already there. Washer and dryer in condo was verrrry convenient. We had temps in the 90's every day and the outdoor pool and also lake swimming areas were terrific. We would rent this Condo from Terry again.

My family and I spent a couple days at this condo and had a great time! The condo is very nice! I would recommend it to anyone for a vacation. Our 3 year old granddaughter is an early riser but she could watch TV and play in the master bedroom and not bother anyone who might be sleeping on the pull out sofa in the living room. The indoor and outdoor pools were great so we could swim rain or shine. We were also close to many activities and grocery stores. We also appreciated the fact that there were not a lot of stairs to this condo. Some have one flight up or down. Too bad vacation is over.

We spent 5 days at Terry's condo. My wife commented after the 3rd day that this was probably the best, most relaxing vacation we'd ever had. I can't argue with her at all. This was the first time we'd used VRBO and I've found a new favorite for vacation planning. When we walked in we felt like we knew it well already just because of the pictures. We spent 5 days at Terry's condo. My wife commented after the 3rd day that this was probably the best, most relaxing vacation we'd ever had. I can't argue with her at all.
