My Wife and I stayed at Elizabeth’s condo between 10th and 16th of May. Elizabeth has perfected a system that makes it easy and straight forward for renters. She is very honest and easy to work with. Elizabeth’s rental is accurately depicted in her photos. I found her place clean enough to meet my standards, my Wife who’s a clean freak, gave it a once over with a moist rag. The place is well designed and makes good use of its space¸ very comfortable bed. The noise leaves form the hallways and other units could be loud at times, but you would get greater noise at a South Beach Hotel. Lots of great restaurants, we loved Mega Pizza, Joe's Stone Crab, Villa Azur and Serendipity 3. We walked to most f them. Expect to pay big bucks for food all over Miami Beach. The walk to the beach and restaurants could be a little far if you are lazy, old or wear high heels. Elizabeth place is a good value, we did enjoy our stay there. I truly felt comfortable there. I would rent from her again and would recommend to a friend.

Great Romantic Retreat!

My husband and I spent four nights in this great South Beach condo located in a quiet art deco neighborhood. We were within walking distance of the beach, Espanola Way and Lincoln Road Mall. The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. The king size bed was very comfy, and we loved the modern design of the bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and well supplied. We had everything we needed to cook a great meal. It only took us five minutes to walk to Whole Foods. Taste, bakery and cafe was right around the corner. We loved getting our coffee and a pastry there in the morning. Elizabeth, the owner was helpful from the time I made my first inquiry about the property until our final checkout. She was always positive and pleasant. We look forward to a return visit.

South Beach Condo

This place was great. The pictures and description are accurate. It was spacious for a one bedroom apartment, the kitchen was big and very well equiped. The condo was also very, very clean. The location was good and quiet. A little further from the beach, but still an easy walk to it and all major attractions. The whole foods a couple of blocks away was very handy. The free parking is a big bonus as parking in Miami is very expensive. Elizabeth was super nice and easy to work with, she even suggested places to go and things to do. The only thing about the condo was that the building is not very well insulated and any noise in the halway or next door unit could be heard. However, It wasn't a big deal because the building is small and there isn't a lot of people coming and going. Both my husband and I had a good time and would definitely stay here again. All in all well worth it and really good value.

After staying in Key West for several days, a friend and I made our way to Miami Beach for a long weekend. The apartment was just far enough out of the "excitement" of South Beach to be calm and comfortable. Great walking distance to the beach, Espanola, and Lincoln Rd, but far enough back to make parking easy (assigned space included) and sleeping great (quiet). Grocery store, nice park, Deco Bikes all within a few blocks. Apartment is simply spotless. The electronic door lock - while simple - is a plus considering you do not need to worry about keys. Had a great time and would not hesitate to stay again. Bonus - finishing laundry the night before return always makes the trip home much easier ... it's good to know that's behind you. Elizabeth responds to every inquiry within minutes ... couldn't be easier.

We visited Miami to look at possible vacation homes in the Deco District. This condo was in the perfect location - on a quiet street, only a short walk to the beach, close to a DecoBike station (the best way to get around - buy a 1 day or 3 day pass!), and close to some great places to eat. Elizabeth was extremely responsive in booking the condo and, as our trip drew closer, in following up to make sure we knew how to get into the unit. When we arrived, we were pleased to find that the unit was immaculate and beautifully arranged. The bed is comfortable and there's plenty of room for hanging clothes, and the kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook (which we didn't end up doing - too hot!). We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to avoid the steep costs of bland, overpriced hotels and to really get the true flavor of South Beach.

My parents, my husband, our 8-month old baby and I had a wonderful time here. The apartment has everything you may need and Elizabeth was incredibly helpful with tips and accommodations, and was very responsive on email. The apartment was spotless, as were the sheets and towels. We found the location to be perfect, it is a short walk to the beach and away from the noise... Parking was a great bonus. You do hear the other residents coming and going but no one was loud. If this is an issue for you, I assume you can get another apartment in the building from Elizabeth that is not right near the entrance. Overall I found highly recommend this property and would stay there if we went back to South Beach. Thank you Elizabeth!!

Hi Elizabeth - thanks so much for having us to stay in your gorgeous apartment! Its so well appointed and has everything that one could need for a comfortable, secure stay in the fabulous Miami South Beach. The area is great, well maintained and close to everything - from good food, great beach, taxis, buses and the wonderful Whole Foods store that I miss! The apartment is clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is modern and although there is no natural light in there it is well lit and the shower is very powerful! The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and loads of fridge space. WiFi was a great bonus and saved me a fortune on charges when checking my emails. Divers - check out South Beach Divers on Washington and 8th, 2 minute walk away. Good rates and very nice bunch- and also if you can get a car and have a couple of days at the Keys - fantastic wrecks, visibility and well worth the drive. Elizabeth you were very approachable and accommodating and gave us all the local information we needed to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks again for having us. Take care Louise and Mike.

Appartamento fantastico,funzionale e vicinissimo a tutto ciò che serve...supermercato,starbucks,ocean drive e spiaggia!! Il parcheggio compreso nel prezzo è un'ottima cosa a Miami! :-) La proprietaria disponibilissima a tutte le ore e per qualsiasi problema!! E' stato davvero un piacere enorme avere a che fare con lei!!Consigliato davvero a tutti!! My experience renting this condo was great from the very start! The owner, Elizabeth, was a delight to deal with and was extremely prompt throughout the entire process. The condo itself is modern, spacious, and equipped with everything you need - just as the listing describes. Myself and two friends stayed for a week and couldn't fault it. It was a little further from the beach and Lincoln Mall than we thought it might be (about a 15 min walk to Lincoln Mall, and about 10 mins to the beach), but if you can handle the heat and exercise, it's perfect. There nearby Whole Foods is great, but if you're looking for a cheaper/regular supermarket there is a Publix on 5th Ave and Alton (about four blocks south of the condo). I'd definitely recommend this place to a friend and would stay here again. Thanks so much Elizabeth - you made our stay all the more enjoyable!!!

Great South Beach Apartment!

Only a few blocks to the beach, restaurants and night life. The apartment has a mondern decor and it is well maintained. Includes a parking spot but a car is not needed. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Nearby restaurants I would recommend are Larios and the News Cafe. The booking process was fast and easy. Elizabeth, the owver, was great to work with.

My wife and I stayed in the apartment with our 15 month old son and had a great time. The unit was exactly as described and didn’t disappoint in any way. It’s in a terrific location which is within walking distance to great shopping, the beach, restaurants, bars and best of all for our son was Flamenco Park with its swimming pool and tot lot. Our little family (my wife, myself, and our small dog) spent a wonderful week in this apartment last April. Everything that could be needed was thought through by the owners and having a designated parking spot was gold in the heart of South Beach. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and would stay here again and again.

Hello Elizabeth, Hope all is well. Weather this past week has been extraordinary. The first week that we were here the weather was not quite as cooperative, but it was still good. Thank you for your hospitality. Since August 2008 we have rented condos all over France, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. YOUR condo is the BEST equipped of any condo that we have rented during that period of time. Thank you for that. We also liked the location (10 minutes to the beach) and the cleanliness of the building. There were 1-2 shortcomings but the positives far outweighed the negatives. Thank you again. My partner, myself and our two year old stayed here in apartment 3 for a week over New Year 2009/10. The apartment was exactly as it is described and we had a wonderful time, it was in the heart of South Beach and within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Our visit was absolutely wonderful. The condo was a comfortable get away at a great price. A short stroll to the beach and conveniently located close to all the shops and restaurants. We were charmed by the condo and we are quite picky.
