This unit offers a large, private balcony with full frontage views of the sparkling water and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV and DVD player for your enjoyment and there is a queen size bed in the second bedroom.
The kitchen has just been renovated with new cabinets,appliances and countertops. It has a large island in the middle for eating and there are tile floors throughout the living area.
You are located on the 6th floor and have a fabulous view of the beach and the aqua waters of the gulf.
An exercise lounge is on the 2nd floor in the the building. The building also has covered parking and WiFi for your computer.
Beachside is located just a short distance from the Market Shops of Sandestin, which offers shopping,dining and everything else that you could want in a resort for your vacation.

We have been staying at Sandestin Properties each year for the last 6 and have always had a wonderful, welcoming condo. This condo did not even come close to the standards we are accustomed to. The pictures on-line look lovely, but clearly different upon arrival. Cleanliness was not where is should be - mold in bathroom tiles, black dust along baseboards, in-room laundry floor covered in dirt and dust, . Even found a cockroach! Cleaning company should clearly be able to see and clean this. Bathroom was extremely small...It is fine for 2 people, but add a 3rd person - even a child - it is too small. From a security, standpoint, this condo used a standard "key lock"...all of the others that I have stayed in have had a code. Knowing that key could be duplicated certainly made me uncomfortable...along with not having an additional security lock on the door, this was a problem. Beachside as a whole is getting quite dated. Elevators were disgusting...had a horrific smell. I did not notify the property management company of the issues until we checked out, however, it is my expectation that the cleanliness is something that should be a standard part of maintenance and should not have be requested. Lesson learned.

Owner response: As the Property Manager for this particular unit, it is disheartening to read a negative review, six weeks after the fact, and very disappointing to realize that we were never given the opportunity to address any of the issues. As a company, we strive to provide a satisfying experience for our guests, and provide a timely solution when problems are brought to our attention. We realize the role they play as our eyes and ears, and that from time-to-time we make mistakes, or overlook an issue. This seems to be the case with this reservation. The review highlights mold on bathroom tiles and baseboards, strong odors in the building hallways and the elevator system. I agree, this is not pleasant, but the June – August Statewide Ranks by National Climatic Data Center/NESDIS/NOAA rank the State of Florida with the Record Wettest Season in the country. All of the identified cleaning issues would have been addressed and resolved immediately, had we been notified as soon as the guests expressed their discontent. We have a cleaning staff available at all times, a simple phone call would have sent this into an immediate action plan, however, the call never came through the entire week they stayed with us. The property is one of our smaller units, I agree, a unit with only one bath can be hectic, even for two people. However, this particular unit is equipped with a tub/shower combo, full size sink/vanity, and access both conveniently to the Master bedroom as well as a hall entry door. The lock system at this unit is common for 80% of the properties at the resort, with the fact that this is a gated community, patrolled 24 hours a day by security, the safety of our guests is of a high standard. Nevertheless, I would have been happy to assist with the relocation to another of our units with electronic keyless entry. Unfortunately for me, I was never offered the opportunity to address or satisfy any of the reported issues. The time frame of this guest’s visit was during one of the rainiest weeks of our season, and understandably can make of good experience less than desirable. After all, we know our visitors come for our beautiful beaches and tropical weather, not day after day of torrential rain. As I said earlier, it can make the best of situations turn sour quickly.
