Gorgeous Condo and Spectacular views! Condo was very easy to find. On-line pictures great, but condo was even better in person. Condo was in immaculate condition and was stocked with anything you may need. They even provided a bonus card to the local Food Lion grocery store. Very convenient to Sugar Mountain for sking. We ate at a wonderful restaurant named Bellas. The best pizza around. Ron and Lynn were a dream to work with and they obviously take great care of their condo. Thanks for everything. WIll be booking again next year.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We had a fantastic time, and loved the location of the condo. Ron and Lynn were so nice and helpful and we feel like we knew them by the time our vacation time was upon us! We will definitely stay again and can't wait. We really enjoyed our time at your condo. It had everything we needed and was our home away from home. It was very clean and well-maintained. The staff there was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed warming up in the hot tub and saunas after a day of skiing. We look forward to staying again soon!

Every thing was great we had very good time and yes, we would recomend this place to anyone, parking is little bit of an issue, especially when it's cold.

This condo is beautiful and well furnished. You won't find better folks to rent from either.....Ron and Lynn are great in every way! Very professional and quick to respond. If you are going to Sugartop give them a try - you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!! A++++++++++++++

Rented the condo from Ron/Lynn for the 4th for a couple of nights. Ron/Lynn were quick to respond to my last minute request and made sure that the rental process flowed smoothly. Everything about the rental was great. It's in a great location and the place is wonderfully equipped, like a home away from home. It had everything we wanted and more. The service staff were polite and helpful. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we had a great time. We look forward to renting it again on our next trip to the mountains and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a great rental in the Blue Ridge NC area.

Owners were very responsive to last minute request for this property. Transaction and paperwork flowed very smoothly. Property was exactly as represented. Dishes and cooking items were well appointed and clean.

We were impresed with the way the condo looked, the location looks exactly the way it is in the internet picture. The front desk were organized and polite. We condo was very cozy and found everything we need it. We have been to Catalooche, Ski Beech and we found Sugar Mt. with the best slopes and so close to Sugar Top Condos. I already recommendes Sugar Top Condos to a friend, and would love to to it again. Thank you so much for all your help and cooperation. Coral Springs Family

The owners responded quickly and graciously to all questions. The property is well appointed, very comfortable and manages to be elegant and family friendly at the same time. It is the most convenient rentable property at this facility to the pool, front desk and parking. The view is beautiful. We simply had a great time and this was a tremendous blessing as my wife was tending her ill mom, one child was ill and I was one dad with 3 school age children trying to fulfill all responsibilities and a once every 2 years or so ski trip wish. Thank You.

Beautiful & well-appointed, this condo had everything we ever could have needed or wanted. The owners are delightful folks and were quite helpful in answering our questions about the unit as well as some area attractions. The staff at Sugar Top was also quite accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again!

We rented this condo unit on top of sugar mountain during the first week of March 2010. The owners were very prompt to call and answer any questions we had about the property and surrounding area prior to rental agreement. Condo is in excellent condition and nicely decorated, certainly worth your money. Just a short drive into town or down the mountain to the slopes at sugar mountain or any of the surrounding slopes. We took two little ones as well, and had a great 3 days. Would certainly stay here again.

We were there for Christmas 2009. The condo was very clean and they had everything we needed. We could see the ski slopes from the balcony and the view was beautiful. They had an ice storm Christmas Eve and we were out of electricity for about 14 hours, but it didn't spoil our Christmas it was rather cozy. We would stay there again anytime. Thank You Ron and Lynn

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo at Sugar Top! The accommodations were perfect! Very clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and homey. We stayed at the Black's Sugat Mnt. condo in Oct 2009 and had a great time! They were fantastic to work with (even booking at the last minute!) and the condo was very clean and comfortable.

What a fabulous time that we had at your condo. Everything that we needed was at our fingertips. It was very easy to find things and the decor was excellent. We traveled from Johnson City, TN so it is just over an hour to Sugar but now my kids want to "stay on top of the mountain" every time that we go skiing. We truly enjoyed your hospitality and we will definately be back. Thanks for all you did for us to make our weekend the very best.

This is a wonderful condo to stay in with a great view of Sugar Mtn! It is so nicely decorated and has the feel of home. The owners think of everything, including big, fluffy beach towels to enjoy the awesome indoor pool. We highly recommend staying here! Thanks for a great trip!!

Wonderful unit on 1st floor (above ground floor - really like the 2nd floor) with great views and easy access from parking lot on Ski Sugar side. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable - the beds were great! The owners are very gracious and helpful as was the staff we encountered while there. The building has very nice amenities. We spent a week and didn't want to come home! It was quiet, relaxing, and beautiful.... Oh and the views were amazing! It is so much nicer then the pictures show, this condo has everything you could possibly need, we almost felt as if we were walking into a model home! Having rented in the past there is a big difference in renting from someone who just owns a place and someone who uses it! If you are looking for nice and warm place to stay this is it! We are already talking about a returning trip! Many thanks to the owners Lynn and Ron, they were so wonderful to work with and made it all so personal!
