We are across the street from "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches." We have a fresh, clean newly decorated townhome with the best location. Check out our "back yard" - wide open spaces, grassy area to play, swimming pool, unlimited free 18-hole miniature putt-putt golf, shuffle board - Wow!
Our beach side clubhouse offers swimming pool and food options. This gated family oriented community offers 11 swimming pools located within the resort (some heated), tennis courts (some lighted), and exercise room. There is also a Lagoon for fishing, 24-hour security, and 2 reserved parking spaces right at the front door.
Our 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse, features a queen size bed in the master, with a furnished private balcony to take in the views. Twin beds make up the second bedroom with fun wall mural and picket fence charm. A large queen size sleeper sofa is downstairs in the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, silverware and glassware and also features all brand new appliances, like the gas stove, range, hood, refrigerator with ice-maker and a dishwasher. The dining table is large enough to convert into a "poker" table for "card night", to entertain the whole family or friendly neighbors. The inside laundry room holds full size washer/dryer and room to store beach chairs and groceries. We offer TV's in all bedrooms and living room with built-in DVD.
Out on the back porch you'll find our condo has a large extended patio, which holds a huge picnic table and 3 long benches. Plenty of space for family reunions and picnics in a park-like setting. Sit back, get comfortable and watch the kids swim, join the shuffle mania or putt-putt competition or just relax and enjoy the view! Oh. Bring along a few putters and golf balls for use at the miniature golf, or tennis rackets/balls. There are several DVD movies, books, board games, playing cards all for your use during your stay with us.
Explore the town: We are at the heart of the beach! Pass through our private security gate and walk to the Shoppes at Edgewater to find Rock-It-Lanes (bowling, pool tables, skating rink, arcade game room, snack bar and sports bar), Subway, Montego Bay Restaurant, Pizza Buffet, Firefly, Sweet Basil's . . . You can also walk to Super Walmart, the U S Post Office, Doral Bank, Publix's Grocery Store and Gulf Beach Baptist Church. Just a short drive West, and you can be at Gulf World, Pier Park, and the Frank Brown Softball Complex. To the East, Zoo World, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Hombre Golf Course, Lowes or Home Depot. And, don't forget the family pet; bring him/her along too! As a pet friendly rental, we are now proud to offer a new pet friendly beach too! (See map for directions where your pet can now play on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches"). Just remember, you must pick up after him/her and they must always be on a leash. Don't forget to take plenty of fresh water to the beach for him/her to drink too! Come visit Kritter, Inc Wildlife Sanctuary while your here in town as well - you'll have a "wild" time! Great updated condo. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen & spotlessly clean rooms made for an enjoyable vacation stay. Screened in balcony & oversize patio a plus. And convenient to the pools, the beach, restaurants & shopping.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Lisa is the nicest person, and she has decorated this vacation paradise with comfort in mind. We had a blast in Panama City Beach, and it was always nice to come home to a relaxing place to regroup. The pool in the backyard was the kids favorite. And the neighborhood is wonderful. Everyone is very nice. This was the best vacation ever!Thanks Lisa!
