Gonzalez, the Nova Condo is his most luxurious and prized building. With only one 2100 sq. ft. condo per floor you will ride the elevator directly to your unit, and have spectacular views off the large wrap around deck overlooking the ocean. You will hear the sounds of the waves and quite possibly catch a view of the whales as they play in the bay.
Inside you will find an open space living room, dining room and kitchen with floor to ceiling glass doors that slide open to a huge deck with the most amazing ocean views and dramatic sunsets. The condo is filled with Mexican color, traditional and modern Mexican furnishings and eclectic artwork for a true feeling of Mexico with all the luxury of a 5 star hotel.
A modern kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, European cabinetry, granite counters, breakfast bar and Mexican dish ware has everything you could possibly need. After preparing dinner you can choose to eat at the outside table on the deck or at the inside dining table also overlooking the ocean. A cozy living area with a DVD player is perfect for relaxing and taking in a movie.
The master bedroom has it's own en suite with two sinks, closets and glass and marble shower. Lay in bed and look out to the ocean view through the floor to ceiling glass doors. The first guest room also contains an en suite bathroom with glass and marble shower, plenty of closet space and a set of sliding glass doors that lead out to a balcony overlooking the neighborhood cul-de-sac. The second guest room has a DVD player, writing desk, plenty of closet space and a bathroom just outside the room with a glass and marble shower. All beds are queen size with excellent quality pillow top memory foam mattresses. A laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as storage for all the pool and beach toys, is right off the kitchen.
The outside grounds include a lovely infinity pool overlooking the beach that is used only by the 6 condo owners and is surrounded with comfortable lounge chairs. A poolside gas barbecue and eating area is available by the pool, and there is easy access to the beach and palapas for shade just down a few steps. The beach is excellent for swimming and goes on and on for miles so any jogger or sea shell hunter will be thrilled.
Walking to the quaint and authentic Mexican town of Bucerias is just 5 minutes away. You can choose to walk along the beach to town or on the cobblestone streets. There you will find wonderful and colorful shopping opportunities from galleries to local markets. You will also find a very large selection of restaurants ranging from local taco and seafood stands to white cloth high-end restaurants and even the local "hot churros" stand for a traditional Mexican dessert. There are numerous coffee houses, internet cafés and bars for entertainment. Buses or taxi's are available to Puerto Vallarta to tour all the art galleries or take a trip to Sayulita for surfing, shopping and the famous burrito stand.
There is parking is available, free of charge, for one vehicle in a secured gated area. The condo is fully walled and gated with intercom system and a security person on duty. Our excellent friendly, bilingual property manager will be there to meet you, show you around the condo and answer any questions or concerns. Maid service is available two times per week, with additional cleaning available for a small fee.
The condo is non-smoking, pets are allowed with an additional security deposit.
