Beautiful private cabin available to rent in South Lake Tahoe.
Brand new construction, featuring all the modern amenities of home.
Featuring:
3 Bedrooms. including a Master bedroom with attached bath and jacuzzi tub.
2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, and the 3rd features 2 twin beds for the kids, or combine the beds to form another queen.
All bedrooms have their own private TV with cable service.
There are also aero beds available for extra guests if needed.
The large family room, invites you to relax with a new 42" Sony LCD HDTV with DVD/VCR combo available as well.
Plug your iPod into the stereo system and enjoy all your music whenever you like.
Lots of room to spread out, and enjoy the gas stove after a day of skiing in the winter.
Or after a day of hiking in the summer, relax on the deck and watch the wildlife around you.
We offer free wireless internet (wifi) for all guests, who wish to bring their laptops/wireless pda's etc.
The fully equipped kitchen features a convection oven, jenn-air stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker... everything you need to cook and enjoy your home away from home.
Our house is located on a culdesac, with very little traffic or noise.
The home sits on a large 1/4 acre corner lot, and has an attached 2 car garage with level driveway for easy access.
Right across the street is open National Forest land, available to hike, mountain bike and walk the dogs.
We are located just a mile or so off of Hwy 50, off Pioneer Trail. Minutes from almost anywhere in South Shore. Just 5 miles to Heavenly ski area, 10 Miles to Sierra at Tahoe, and 25 Miles to Kirkwood (the locals favorite) A short 8 mile drive to Stateline Nevada and the casinos. The lake itself is only a few miles away.
The home is family owned, and dog friendly! We wouldn't go up with out our best friend, so you shouldn't either.

We had such a great time, the house is amazing! Like home, but better! The kitchen is fantastic and the kids loved their rooms. The location is close to everything. Bill was great to work with - he provided prompt responses and detailed instructions prior to our arrival. We're hoping to make this a regular family trip.

Thank you very much for letting us stay at your cabin. Your place is amazing and a lot bigger than I expected. I will definitely keep you in mind the next time I come to South Lake Tahoe for skiing, which was also amazing thanks to the 4 feet of snow that dropped this weekend.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your house in Tahoe. The weather was perfect, we had a nice mix of just about everything-clear skies and snow all day Saturday. Some of our group hit the slopes on Friday and had a perfect day. The dogs absoultely loved the snow-two had never been as far as we know. All in all it was a fantastic extended weekend and I just wanted to say thank you.

The owner provided the most gracious of accomodations, very clean and a value rate. This home is a perfect base camp within an ideal location in South Lake Tahoe. Easy access in a great neighborhood and quiet. We had all the comforts and amenities of home for 10 nights in August/September. Thanks Bill, we look forward to coming back!

My family spent 5 nights at this great home and we truely loved it. Great location away from all of the hustle and bustle of the main strip. There are great hiking/biking trails a few blocks away on Federal forest land. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the five of us to stretch out in and enjoy. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we even saw a coyote! Great value. We definitely would rent this home again.

My husband and I needed a weekend rental that was pet-friendly on very short notice. Bill was wonderful!! The house is perfect--clean, quiet, and close to Tahoe. As other reviewers have stated, everything one could possibly need was already there (including dog food bowls)! I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely contact Bill again when we go to Tahoe in the future.
