We had such a great time, the house is amazing! Like home, but better! The kitchen is fantastic and the kids loved their rooms. The location is close to everything. Bill was great to work with - he provided prompt responses and detailed instructions prior to our arrival. We're hoping to make this a regular family trip.

Thank you very much for letting us stay at your cabin. Your place is amazing and a lot bigger than I expected. I will definitely keep you in mind the next time I come to South Lake Tahoe for skiing, which was also amazing thanks to the 4 feet of snow that dropped this weekend.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your house in Tahoe. The weather was perfect, we had a nice mix of just about everything-clear skies and snow all day Saturday. Some of our group hit the slopes on Friday and had a perfect day. The dogs absoultely loved the snow-two had never been as far as we know. All in all it was a fantastic extended weekend and I just wanted to say thank you.

The owner provided the most gracious of accomodations, very clean and a value rate. This home is a perfect base camp within an ideal location in South Lake Tahoe. Easy access in a great neighborhood and quiet. We had all the comforts and amenities of home for 10 nights in August/September. Thanks Bill, we look forward to coming back!

House was conveniently located, very clean, well stocked and excellent rate in a quiet neighborhood. We have rented many homes through VRBO - this was the best yet - owner listing description is very accurate. And I am pretty picky...Thank you, Bill for sharing your home with us - we will be back!

My family spent 5 nights at this great home and we truely loved it. Great location away from all of the hustle and bustle of the main strip. There are great hiking/biking trails a few blocks away on Federal forest land. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the five of us to stretch out in and enjoy. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we even saw a coyote! Great value. We definitely would rent this home again.

My husband and I needed a weekend rental that was pet-friendly on very short notice. Bill was wonderful!! The house is perfect--clean, quiet, and close to Tahoe. As other reviewers have stated, everything one could possibly need was already there (including dog food bowls)! I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely contact Bill again when we go to Tahoe in the future.

My family had so much fun staying in your house. It is clean and organized. It truly feels like home. My kids enjoyed the yard. My husband and myself had a good time "hibernating" until noon.

We loved out stay at this wonderful home in South Lake Tahoe. It had all of the toys and bell/whistles that are needed to make it a special stay. Mr Chip loved running in the meadows and chasing the squirrels. Only 5 miles from the "action" of South Beach. Nice and quiet at this home.

Quiet, Comfortable, Roomy, Clean, Relaxing, What more could you ask for? The house was a great vacation getaway. The whole family was happy, the dog loved watching the birds off the back deck. We spent a eight peaceful nights in the cabin and hated to come home. What a place! Bill made it so easy to rent from him. It was our first time renting a cabin and I am hoping that next year we can do this again. Thanks to Bill we had a great vacation in a beautiful location.

The house in South Lake Tahoe was amazing. It was very well organized and very neat. My family and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of it. We hope to visit there again sometime. :)

We recently spent six days at The Peachee's cabin, and we could not have been more pleased. The cabin is kept immaculate and the furnishings, appliances and electronics were all top-rate. What we particularly liked was how peaceful and quiet it was both day and night. As we were only about 3/4 of a mile down Pioneer Trail from Hwy 50, we were approximately ten minutes from the "Y" and the clubs which was convenient for food and fun. Having spent the last ten summers at various rentals at the lake, the concensus was that this was the best place we've stayed in at Tahoe, especially because of the reasonable price. Also, Bill was a pleasure to work with, and got back to us quickly. As we anticpate returning to the Peachee's cabin next summer, I strongly recommend you make reservations too - just not when we want to!
