Casa Neptuno is located a short drive south of San Juan del Sur. It is part of a gated Community called Remanso. The house is situated high on the side of the bay overlooking Remanso beach. A huge covered balcony allows for enjoying the cool breeze of the land and for viewing the bay of Remanso. A few minutes walk will take you to the beach for what ever activities you enjoy including excellent surfing when the swells are ideal for you.
This house has all the amenities you expect for a vacation rental, including the services of a caretaker that lives close by. One thing to consider is that the fifty or so steps up from the road will help keep you in shape as well. San Juan del Sur is a lovely Fishing Village of about twelve thousand souls. There are numerous Bars and Restaurants on the beach for your enjoyment. You will also find Grocery Stores and local Gift Boutiques, including the new north American style Pali. There are many Volcanoes to be explored including Ometepe in Lake Nicaragua about one hours drive north. The famous Golonial city of Granada is about one and a half hours drive away, on Lake Nigaragua where you can tour the sixty some Islands. |
