Enjoy the large spacious accommodations in a comfortable unit at the South end of Fort Myers Beach. Enjoy sitting on the Lani and taking in the tropical sites and sounds of the island. This unit has 1280 square feet with 2 full baths with all the amenities you need to relax. Also included is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for additional convenience.
Retire after a long day in the sun to the master suite with king sized bed, door leading to the lani and own private bath. Guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full sized bed for couples traveling together or for other family members.
There is a community pool with a hot tub right on the bay, so you can enjoy the beautiful views. There is a club house with game room and exercise area, plus private sauna for our guests.
We are located at the South end of the island, directly across from Lovers Key State park, which is rated one of the top Beaches by Travel Channel. If you want to go to the North end of the island and enjoy Time Square you can take the trolley, which will pick you up in front of the condo for 25 cents. Shopping and groceries are located within 2 miles of the condo. The building has secured entry and has a no smoking, no pet policy implemented for the health and comfort of all our guests. Why the Owner Chose Marina Towers
We love the area and the great sunsets. Beach is 7 miles long and the views take our breath away. We live in Wisconsin and our time in Florida is always so special especially during the winter. We enjoy the fishing and watching the dolphins and manatee off our private pier. We have found PARADISE!!!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
White sandy beaches with great shelling. Great weather all the time with a nice breeze. We are on the water with our own private pier. We are in a quiet location but not far from shopping and entertainment.

We stayed at Ka Nani Beach House for 5 nights with our 4 teenage children. I would have to say it was one of the best holidays we have had, the house had everything we needed, we have rented many houses and it definitely was the best equipped holiday house we have come across. You could not be any closer to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and easy walking distance to town. The photos of the property were very accurate and we found the house to be spotless. I can not wait until our next visit and I would recommend this property to all of my friends, the house would suit families, or even 2 families sharing or 4 couples.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
