It boasts one of the top ten golf courses in southern Florida and as a tenant, you are allowed to play. Year Purchased: 2006
I first visited the Marco Island area late in 2001 after early retirement and fell in love with the area; purchased a home and moved there in the first quarter of 2002. I purchased this 11th floor corner unit in the Serano before construction both as an investment and/or a place I would want to move or live some time in the future. My daughter is a decorator and helped decorate this unit for herself for when she stays.
Why the Owner Chose Hammock Bay Country Club
My home in the Serano was purchased both as an investment and a place to live in the future. The view from the 11th floor is what I envisioned when buying the unit because I can see the Everglades, Marco Island, the Gulf of Mexico, and nature from my balcony.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This property has it all and at your footsteps. Steps away from my elevator exit is the theatre which I watch both TV and movies. This is a very popular spot! As I exit the elevator steps to my right is the exercise area with two TVs which I frequent. From there is the pool area and I do not have to walk very far to get there. The pool has 8 cabanas and plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathing and has never been crowded. Since I am on the other side of the river from Marco Island, I can drive to the Naples area and there is a 24 hour Walmart 5 minutes away.
