  Words can not come close to explain how SPLENDID this home away from home is!!!!!...Dale and her husband and we are sure the kids also had a hand in decorating this condo...the kitchen is a masterpiece for those who love to cook,,especially the fresh seafood we puchased at Perdido Seafood..now comes the VIEW!!!!!! Totally AWESOME!!!! The balcony is unbelievable and Breathtaking to sit out and feel Serenity and Breath the ocean air and wake up in the Mater bedroom and have the view.. we were down and had 2 rainey days that were still Gorgeous..Will be back Very Soon..PS.. Master Bath to DIE for!!!

  Dear Jamie & Dale, First off, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. This vacation was the most relaxing and scienic one we've had in a long time. We have stayed in Gulf shores, we have stayed in Pensicola and in Destin, but your beautiful condo with the breath taking views from the second floor master bedroom and living room, where just outstanding. No matter what we were doing we had such a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. To top it off your very large balcony, that was well furnished, made our morning and evenings very special. The location of your condo was great for us. My Father lives in Guf shores and it it made it easy for us to see him and enjoy the shops and resturants it that area. We also drove to Pensicola and Destin for dinners and attractions. All and all your condo was perfect and will be requested for use in the years to come. Thank You Bill & Cathie

  We regretfully had to leave this lovely condo and come back to the real world a couple of weeks ago, We were very impressed with Dale's condo. The listing and photos are very accurate. Dale is reputable and wonderful to work with. She offered a reasonable rate and deposit. The condo is very roomy and had everything we needed. The patio has a beautiful view of the gulf and is so large it accomodated our family of four wonderfully. We ate many meals at the patio table overlooking the gulf. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus that we really appreciated. My two teens were glad that the second bedroom had twin beds--a wonderful idea! Wi-fi and cable worked fine. Lots of fluffy bath towels in the two full bathrooms. The second floor location is perfect--a short ride up the elevator or a quick run up the stairs and you are there. The boardwalk down to the beach is just a quick walk. We really liked the fact that Shipwatch isn't one of those huge condos with no personality. The office staff were friendly and you just don't feel squashed in between tons of people. We were there during spring break, but the beach was never very crowded and the noise level at night was very quiet. I would truly recommend this condo to my family and friends without hesitation.   I just want you to know that your condo exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for what we were looking for. The size and location were great, and the view was spectacular. We watched dolphins playing every day we were there. They were so close one afternoon when we were on the beach, we thought we could almost reach out and touch them. After the beach each day, we would hit the pool. I loved the ledge on the beach side pool, and I would perch there for hours. I also spent time at the other pool across the street while my daughter worked out in the gym. All my BFF's said that everything exceeded their expectations as well, and they all thanked me for finding the Roberts family and your condo. We also enjoyed looking at the photo album you had. It was so good to put a face to the woman I had spent so much time emailing. You have a beautiful family, and I loved seeing the pictures of your granddaughters. I was imagining you and your oldest in New York. I can't wait until my granddaughter reaches that age so we can travel together. Oh...and Mambo Margaritas were a hit almost every night. I want to thank you again for being such a joy to work with. We will definitely be back!! Janet

  I just wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time staying at your condo. It exceeded our expectations! The second floor location was perfect because we had an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. We all enjoyed sitting on the large balcony first thing in the morning, and that is where we ended each night. We also enjoyed watching dolphins playing every day we were there. What a treat! We were all impressed at how well the grounds and facilities at Shipwatch were maintained. At the end of our trip, I told the woman in the office "unfortunately I have to return this key" and that is exactly how I felt. It was so difficult to leave, but we all left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Dale, thank you so much for being such a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be back!!!!

  We had a FABULOUS time! The weather was great! Mid 80’s and that perfect breeze most of the week, followed by a quick rain Wednesday night and no humidity and high 70’s to follow the remaining days. We spent a lot of time on the beach of course- kids LOVED the ocean and are totally fearless- ah to be young again ? We loved eating most meals on the spacious balcony. The tile throughout was a breeze when it came to the “in and out” from the beach (our last condo had carpet throughout- can you imagine?) Your place is decorated beautifully! We hope to make it to your place again next spring. Looking at my son’s Easter break, it is pretty early (April 10-12), going late April or early May means warmer temps though… I’ll have to check your site to see what you have vacant for 2012.   Thank you so much, Dale! I meant to email you yesterday to let you know we had a great time and definitely want to come again. Great location and the condo is so well-equipped and comfortable. My kids had a great time, too, and everyone agrees it is just the right size for us.
