  The listing description was accurate; cute and charming with nice decor. The place was very clean and close to the beach. They owners provided all of the beach necessities; boogie boards, toys, chairs and umbrellas. Beach cruisers were also included. Very close to the volleyball courts and the jetty. Balboa Park is a close walk and there are several good places to eat close by. The owners are very accommodating and care about the experience of their guests.

  The condo we stayed in was perfect for my wife, two daughters age 13 and 16, and myself. all the accomadations we could have ever needed were there and available. towels,linens,chairs, bikes, plenty of propane for bbq grill. and the best part is the private parking space!! we were one house away from beach, down the street from balboa park. bars and coffee shops all close and plenty of restaurants to explore when we didnt feel like cooking.. all in all we slept great and had a great time. we are definitly planning on staying with mi casa again this coming summer!! thank you for a wonderful summer vacation!!!!

  "We had a wonderful time staying at Mi Casa! .... The accomodations were wonderful. We really appreciated the fact that you had bikes, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and mats avaialble and included in the cost of the stay. That's a nice savings, since the cost to rent those items at places down the strand can get expensive over the cours of a week.... Linda and I took advantage of the bikes a couple of times each day riding up the strand to the cliffs at the north end and back...great exercise and fun. We even biked in the morning a couple of times down to The Mission restaurant (one of our favorites) for breakfast, and once to Trader Joes.... I enjoyed the privacy of the covered patio outside our unit at Mi Casa. Linda and I have stayed up by the Crystal Pier once in a place right on the beach, but we much prefer the quietness of the south end. The bikes gave us easy access to the shops, restaurants and activities at the north end, but it was always nice to return to the peaceful south end. Frankly, I don't know why we even rented a car, it sat in the garagemost of the time we were there.... Thanks for being such great hosts, glad we stayed at Mi Casa, and will definitely give you a call on our next trip out!"

  This property is in a prime location for a beach vacation. The owner's were helpful and friendly, access to everything needed to enjoy your vacation such as bikes, boogie boards, patio table for relaxing, etc.

  We enjoyed our stay. They location was great. We walked every morning and even rode the bikes that were provided. Everything we needed was at the property. The garage was a great plus. The only complaint from my husband was that the bathroom was very small. We would recommend for anyone on a fast and budget trip. Thanks to the owners. We enjoyed our stay

  My family truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. I made my arrangements VERY last minute, the owner was incredibly accommodating and friendly considering the short amount of time I gave her to work with. My husband and I rented the one bedroom condo while my in laws rented the three bedroom condo in this same building. Parking on a busy weekend can be a challenge anywhere in a beach community so one of the many features that many may over look was the garage! Access to the beach and boardwalk is very convenient, literally 20 steps away! We walked and cycled a very short distance to the nearby restaurants and shops. The condos were very clean, beds were comfortable, both condos had everything we could possibly need to ensure we had an enjoyable vacation. The charming courtyard was the perfect setting for early morning coffee and even better for an afternoon barbeque! I will stay here again, and will definitely recommend this to my friends...I trust they'll thank me and you will too!!

  Ive absolutely loved renting here! The location is perfect, the parking space in invaluable, and the landlords are the sweetest! Would definitely recommend anyone to rent through micasa and Tudela properties!

  We stayed for two weeks in August and found it to be one of the nicest places we have stayed clean, comfortable, safe and the location in perfect it is located on the very end of Mission Beach so it is quite and not crowded but a short ten minute walk up the boardwalk and you are in the heart of all the action and a two minute walk to the bay side and you can watch the fireworks every night from Sea World. Julie the agent is a great person to work with and goes to the extreme to be as helpful as can possibly be. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners they are the nicest people you can ever want to meet and make you feel like you are part of the family. I would highly recommend this to anybody, we can’t wait to back next year. … Bob & Donna Keating
