We stayed in this unit for the first time during our Families annual Thanksgiving beach trip. We found this unit exceptional. It was well stocked with dishes, cook ware and wine glasses. It was very roomy as well. Pier Park which has restaurants, bars and shops, A movie theater and a fun park for the kids was well within walking distance (about 1/2 mile) We will definitely be staying here again.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was truely a great place to stay. Very close to ever thing and the view was wonderful. The condo was very homey, roomy, and well kept. We had 9 people that was in our group and never were any of us on top of each other. Would recommend that you book this for your next family vacation. We will be a returning customer for many years to come. Thanks

Pleasant Family Vacation

We rented this unit in early June 2011 prior to attending my daughters orientation at FSU. The unit was plently big enough for the 5 of us and could easily sleep 8. The dual master bedrooms were great with seperate gulf front balconies. The second floor provided nice day and night time views. Being a corner unit provided some extra privacy also. The unit enterance is located adjacent to the elevators and stairs. We used the stairs often given the second floor location. We really appreciated the stainless steel balcony grills (electric - no flame ups). Huge bathrooms. Huge walk-in food pantry. Full size laundry (bring your own laundry detergent). Well stocked kitchen. Coffee was provided. Bring your own spices for cooking. Some beach stuff was available for use (cheap beach umbrella, plastic beach toys for young children, inflated rafts). Parking across the street was fine - not an issue. Beach is great. 10 min. walk to the pier. 5 min walk to the Brew Thru. Pizza Hut across the street. Winn Dixie close by. Beach services (hut with third party staff) for beach activities. Bring flashlight for night time crab hunting. Only issue: carpeting is clean but beach/sand is hard on it. Pool chairs can be a premium during mid morning early afternoon. We spent most of the time at the beach.

Great Home away from hom

This was a GREAT home away from home. I did not want to leave. The view was spectacular...minutes from Pier Park. Attended the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Close to everything we needed. The decor was fabulous. Everyone had enough space and didn't feel cramped. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were Very comfortable. Amenities were GREAT. A wonderful getaway! Will be back!!!!! Making plans to go back in a couple of months!

Family Vacation

This condo was a great deal. The positives were that the listing is accurate as to the description of the condo, the amenities and the overall property. The condo was in great shape, very tastefully decorated and the property itself seemed to be well maintained. Raul, the owner, was great to work with. He was very prompt in getting back to me anytime I had a question and we received our security deposit back within the 2 weeks after we left just as he said we would. In fact, I think it was about 10 days. We had very few concerns... the unit is located right next to the elevator and the common area could get noisy. We found though that with a fan creating some white noise it didn't bother anyone sleeping on that end of the condo. All in all a great experience and I would love to rent from Raul again.

Retirement Celebration

We brought kids and grandkids to Panhandle for wife's retirement. Housed three families with Raul. Everyone raved about the accomodations. First class all the way as far as the condo was concerned - big, roomy, with spectacular view. Raul was the perfect rentor - friendly, accomodating and helpfull. We would definitely rent his home again.

Excellent condo. Just stayed there in April 2010 with some girlfriends from college for our annual beach getaway! This condo and unit have an excellent location and is well-kept. The owners are efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who is interested. We would definitely return to this condo/unit/owner!

We were very pleased with our time spent at this unit. The location it's the best since it's close to Pier Park and all the entertainment but not so close to be bother by the noise of the activities. The view is spectacular and the sunsets one better that the other. Everyday is different and a complete joy! Thanks to the owners for sharing their place with us. We will come back in the future and recommend it to friends and family.

Just spent a week at Sterling Breeze (8-22 thru 8-29). The condo is so beautiful! It is very spacious - we had 7 adults and 1 child and not once did anyone feel crowded. The beds are SO comfortable! Views from the 2 masters & living room are awesome. Everything is very upscale and lacking absolutely nothing that you might need. The resort property was so clean and staff on hand were very friendly. The owner Raul is very personable and easy to work with. We had a fabulous time and will definately be back! The Taylor's

I can't thank the owners of this condo enough, I was concerned we would not have enough space as we have 6 adults in our family. Boy was I wrong!Each of the bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. My husband and I had our own private suite and balcony, our daughter and son in law had their own private suite and balcony and our 2 almost grown sons were in a spacious bedroom at the back of the condo, which gave them plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen is beautifully decorated with plenty of counter space. the living area was a great place to gather late night and relax. The view is absolutely amazing! The owners kept in contact with me via email/text, which was great when I had a question concerning the area or the condo itself. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and large pool after we came in from the beach. Both the tub and pool were kept very clean including the decks and seating areas. We will certainly choose the Sterling Breeze and condo 201 for each and every visit to PC in the future. Thank you again to the owners, you made our stay and vacation with our children absolutely perfect!
