The property was every bit as wonderful as posted on the site, and more. The home was perfectly clean, had comfortable, new, attractive furnishings, plenty of blankets towels pillows and places to sleep! We had so much fun in the game room, gathering around the dining room table to play cards, and spending lots of late evenings in the hot tub unwinding from our days at Disney and MGM. The location was perfect - so close to the theme parks with restaurants nearby, and a pleasant park across the street. My kids (all twenty-somethings) want to come back, but only if we stay at the Casa La Jolla. Thanks to the Harrison and Allen families for sharing their home

Our stay at Casa La Jolla was just what we had hoped for, and then some! I am always a bit weary about booking things online (without a reference from an actual person) as one never really knows how it will turn out exactly. However, booking with Adam gave me great comfort as he were very prompt in your responses and structured in the what-to-do-when during the time leading up to our visit. And we are really glad that we chose your villa for our much-anticipated family vacation. We were also super happy to see that the villa was just as the pictured showed: spacious and comfortable – and very clean. We all really enjoyed our time there, the swimming pool was great and the game room, but I think we appreciated the most how easily the villa accomodated that many people (9 adults and 2 kids). There are lots of seats and coaches, so everyone was comfortable all the time. Plus, the playground across the street was great for the kids as well as the grown-ups who did a short workout every morning on and around the grip bars :) The location was also great, close to everything. We hadn´t had a family vacation with all of us (my parents, us siblings and our kids) for about 4 years and we are very happy that it was so wonderful. Thank you very much for everything, Erla

Having grand-children, visiting Disney is a must and should be repeated. So the first time we went we stayed on the site in a luxury condo.No doubts in our mind now that renting your big and beautiful house with all the commodities was the best and most enjoyable way to visit Disney. The fact that it is so close to the Disney site provided us with memorable family vacations.Everyone enjoyed the pool and the spa and the very clean house was mostly appreciated.We recommand this house to all if you are looking for the best vacation of your life with your loved ones. So much better than staying in any hotel... Casa La Jolla is exactly as pictured. We couldn’t believe how relaxed we felt there. It is tastefully appointed and meticulously clean! Adam and his management team were more than helpful and attentive with all our requests and inquiries. Three families each had ample personal space and totally enjoyed sharing the common rooms and amenities offered in the house. The hot tub, pool and games rooms were a hit with the kids and adults alike, perfect to come home to after the long days of exploring the nearby parks and attractions. It really is conveniently located close to Disney as well easily being navigable to Universal Studios, Outlet Malls, and the airport as well as being within an hour or so of Central Florida beaches. We had plenty of quality time to visit with our friends, shared the food costs and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of our home away from home.

We were very fortunate to have had 15 whole days at the beautiful CasaLaJolla Villa. It was very conviently located to all the Disney parks, Sea World, WaterParks, and many fabulous shopping outlets ( and much much more).......let alone a variety of grocery stores and beyond enough selection of restaurants and giftshops of every variety. We felt like we were truly spoiled with what 'our' villa had to offer us. My 4 children were content and happy to spend some downtime at the villa because of the well equipt games room and lovely pool area....(my 16yr old loved the big screen tv)......while their Dad and I choose most evenings to relax and unwind in the hot tub. It was a perfect way to end many of our busy days. CasaLaJolla had way more than enough space for us all.....and plenty of room for more family to join us, at some point in the future. Thank you Allen & Harrison Families for all your responce emails to me. This allowed me to know exactly what to expect, and also created a bit of a friendship that gave me comfort in renting your villa. The Profitt Family looks forward to our next visit to CasaLaJolla!!! It truly was awesome!!!!

We stayed 20 days here and far exceeded are expectations. Great rate , very very clean. Pool and hot Tub were fabulous and private. Clearly the best value home we have stayed in since we started renting on Florida. Location was great. Felt like home. Would definitely reccommend a family or two staying at once.

I recently stayed at Casa La Jolla with my family of 5, along with another family of 5. We found the property to work so much better than staying on property at Disney. The rooms were very spacious and met all our needs. The location was great, 10 mins to all the parks. Having the ability to make breakfast at home, and even sandwiches for lunch to bring to the park, made up for the price of a rental car. It seemed the "grown-ups" were able to utilize the pool (with heat) and hot tub more than the kids. There was nothing better than to come "home" after being all day at the park, put the kids to bed, and jump in the pool. It truly was a great home. Exactly what the pictures showed. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We have rented several vacation homes in the past few years. This home was by far the best. It was clean, spacious, well appointed. The community was quiet. The location, opposite an open field, offered privacy. The rear yard offered more privacy than any home we have stayed in. The fence encouraged more use of the pool and spa than we had in other homes. The owners were accessible, responsive and courteous. The photos and listing accurately represented the property. The property offered easy access to the Disney parks via rental car. We have already recommended the property to friends.

We stayed at this fabulous house from July 2nd-9th. This was the perfect location for our Disney family vacation. The house is very clean and well equipped. Our kids loved the pool and the park across the street. We hope to return in the very near future. Gareth was a pleasure to deal with, and made everything very easy. We highly recommend this house for anyone that wants to have a great Florida experience.

We enjoyed a fantastic vacation at this property. The weather was cooler than expected but the sheltered back yard kept it warm enough for the kids to have a great time in the pool. The house is so spacious and comfortably furnished that any time spent inside was relaxing as well.The location was was great - close to Disney, golf and shopping. We wanted to book for next year as soon as we came back but it was already booked! I believe that says it all.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this very spacious house. The home was very welcoming with stylish decoration and furnishings. All the games included to entertain the children was very well thought out and kept much appreciated. The pool an jacuzzi including all the water safety flotation devices were top notch for the entire family. The premises were very well kept and in a very lovely neighborhood including a soccer field and playground.

Our family of four, 2 adults and 2 teenagers had a perfect 10 days in this accomodation. We found it exactly as photographed. Clean, new, and everything supplied and more, that you require for your visit. The location was perfect, close to all the theme parks plently of restaurants and shops nearby. The owners were wonderful to deal with prior to our visit answering all our questions and were quick to refund our bond after our stay. Overall a fantastic time was had.

My husband & I, our two sons, their wives and children (a total of 10) stayed for a week in late January 2010. Beautiful home! Immaculate! Perfect location! Just like the pictures on line. Very close to WDW with gobs of restaurants nearby, also a grocery store, Walmart, everything you need. (We rented 3 cars so everyone could come and go as they wanted--cheaper than a huge van) The pool was heated and we used it every night. Games in the garage were great kid pleasers. Large enough home that everyone has their own space, yet we were still together. Previously we stayed on WDW property in hotel rooms. This was SO much better for the kids. Room to play (a playground accross the street), yet rooms to be separate when naps were needed. The owners and the management copany were very helpful. We had a wonderful vacation and can't wait to return!

This home was PERFECT, stayed here with 2 teenagers-they LOVED the spa & pool table, plenty of room and very tastefully decorated. Location VERY close to the parks. We have researched many homes, did not realize that a spa & game room were not standard! We stayed at this property first, then spent our second week at another property and were sorry we had to leave this one! Would highly recommend this home, beds very comfy, had everything you could possibly need, including a park right across the street! We will definately stay here again- anyone researching a home should be aware that not all homes offer the same ameneties that you would think are standard- this one has it all! There is a very nice privacy fence surrounding the pool, which is very much appreciated-we have stayed in several rentals in the Disney area, and have learned what is important- the privacy fence is especially important if you dont like the neighborhood watching. Restaurants & grocery stores less than 10 mins away & the drive to the parks is very easy, which is important- other areas can take over 30-minutes. It's faster to drive back to this home rather than waiting for busses onsite! The pool & spa were heated to a perfect temperature, also important as other rentals are hit & miss, this one was perfect. We cannot stress enough about the importance of location- Indian Creek is right off 192, very close to everything. We stayed in Davenport our second week, and while the home was lovely, the drive was much longer and shops/restuarants were not as accessible- we learned from our mistake & will stay at this rental from now on! If we chose to leave the parks midday for a break, we were close enough not to worry about a long-drive and wasting valuable vacation time driving! Owners were a pleasure to do business with, friendly & accomodating -do not hesitate to rent this property! You will absolutely love it!

I had a wonderful time at your home!! I was traveling in a party of 10 and everyone just loved the house. The house is great, big and well equiped. My wife, daughter and I were spending some Disney vacation time with another daughter, her husband and 3 grandchildren who were staying on the Disney property. The location of this villa and its proximity to Disney allowed us to get to some of the various Disney World attractions faster than they could. Best part was at the end of the day we were able to spend the evening in the pool and spa by ourselves, unwinding from our exhausting day. The villa was wonderful, spacious and everything as promised. We had everything we needed as far as shopping, dining and anything else within 5 minutes. We will definitely stay at this property on our next visit to Orlando and will suggest to any others I know looking for a great, affordable place to stay. Thanks to Gareth for making our stay a memorable experience.

I have been renting vacation homes for the last eight years in the Orlando area. This home by far has the best setup for our family with all the touches of home. We have just booked them for this years vacation! I would not hesitate to recommend the Allen/Harrison vacation home as a true vacation experience. The owners could not be any more accomodating!
