  We found working with Josh to be a great experience. Our family has vacationed at Remington for over 8 years, our first going through VRBO. (our family grew and we needed a larger home) The house is very neat and well maintained. The privacy fence on one side, lake to the rear and the park on the otherside gave us great privacy. Property manager was very helpful and responsive with a small issue and resolved it quickly. We appreciated that very much. Almost forgot, we arrived later in the day and had asked that the pool heat be on as the four children would want to be "in the water". The water was fantastic. Thanks Josh, pleasure to work with you. We would highly recommend your home. mk

  First of all the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived to an extremely clean well kept home that had everything you would need for a self-catering holiday, better than the photos.. The pool was already nicely heated up for us so we could begin enjoying our holiday right away. Even though we were there for 4 weeks we had no real issues. As for those minor things that do pop up, the Property manager was readily available and dealt promptly to rectify issues. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well appointed home situated within 30 mins., of the Disney parks.

  The written descriptions of the property were spot on. We did have to buy a frying pan because there was not a pan available. The house was very neat and clean and especially the bathrooms were spotless. Instructions for the property could have been written more clearly, for example, it was not clear how we were to leave the property. Also the appropriate information could have emailed in advance so we knew to bring paper products, especially toilet paper. All in all, a great experience.

  We stayed at this house with a large family group including children. It is located in a nice neighborhood not far off the main highway, close to restaraunts, walmart, etc. The house itself is very nice, lots of bedrooms, nice furniture, a pool and game room. There are no immediate neighbors on one side of the house and a nice pond behind the house providing good privacy. The house was clean, new appliances, 4 bathrooms and a nice property. The price was great for our needs. It usually took us 40 minutes or so to get to Disneyworld and Universal, but then again we didnt take any toll roads and that drive as okay for us since we saved so much money on the place and not having to eat out everyday. Would definitely recommend this place for groups of 6 or more, we had no problems at all.

  First of all, the price was excellent, the best price that I had found. The house was much nicer than I had imagined! The pics don't do this place any justice!! Very spacious and very clean. It had every amenity you can think of. From a roll out bed, to a baby stroller, it had everything. No need to bring anything from home pertaining to the kitchen either. The location was wonderful, very nice quiet neighborhood. It is also close to the Disney parks, like 15 minutes or so. Would definitely recommend to anyone. There's toys and video games for the kids, a pool of course, and plenty things to do for any age group. Josh, the owner, was also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had for him. Thanks for everything. I really enjoyed the stay and can't wait til next time!!!

  This is the 3rd time my wife & I have stayed at this villa & love it, the property is big, clean and well-maintained. Its location if you have a car is ideal , it is situated in a gated community by a lake with a south facing pool. I would strongly recommend it to any of my friends or family .

  we have been cumming to kissimmee for the last 4 years and this is the best villa we have stayed at very clean and a great layout with a good view of the lake. would hope to be back next year.

  My family and I had a wonderful time in this villa and were very sad to leave such a great property. I would highly recommend this villa to families with children. The villa was clean and well-maintained and very comfortable and felt just like home. The listing of the property and photographs are all perfectly accurate and reflect the rental's appearance and amenities.

  Hi Josh…I would like to thank you for a wonderful holiday experience. The house was everything and more than we expected. It exceeded all of our expectations! Living there for two weeks felt as if we were in our own home. The pool was large, warm and fun for all. The house was very clean and well kept.(and larger than photos suggest). We all loved the design of the home too. Plenty of linens and towels for all. Fantastic bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The patio/pool area was a ‘relaxation dream’ come true…The wildlife and pond in the back entertained us everyday. Seeing the sunrise from the pool/patio with a coffee and paper were a highlight for ‘Dad’. The community was very nice and quiet…..very close to all amenities. The golf was great too...just minutes away! Thank you so much for all of your helpful correspondence in making our wonderful holiday happen.
