Campbell Canyon - Private Canyon Home on 82 Acres in a Beautiful Mountain Setting
Half way in between ZION and BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARKS this quaint little home is perfect for your vacation needs. It sits at 6,500 feet above sea level just outside of Glendale, Utah.
There are 3 bedrooms (3 queens) and 2 bathrooms in addition to 2 pull out couches in the great room. The large great room upstairs with dining for 6 at the table and 4 more at the counter leaves plenty of room for a large family. 2 large couches upstairs and one downstairs make plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the mountain air. There are 3 TVs with satellite and DVD player. A work station with internet and printer/fax/copier in case you just can't be that far away from the office. There is a full kitchen and all linens are provided.
Campbell Canyon is about as GREEN as you can get. The home is running on Solar power and Natural Spring water (delicious). The heat is provided by Propane Gas and a wood burning stove.
The surrounding area provides something outdoorsy for pretty much every taste. Right on the property there are a number of ATV trails in addition to a Dixie National Forest near by with it's countless trails. Zion National Park with all of it's beautiful trails for hiking/biking and Bryce Canyon National Park are both within 30 minutes of the home. There is a fire-pit near the home for those nights you just can't stay inside.
Paintball anyone? There is so much room right on the property to have a large or small paintball game, just plese don't shoot the house!
There is a International Airport in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, also Cedar City and St. George have a regional airport. Interstate Highway 15 links both Salt Lake and Vegas with an exit at Cedar City then it is 40 minutes up the mountain to the home along scenic highway 14.
