Casa Guacamole- Nestled on the hillside 5 blocks up from the beach with views of the entire Bay of Banderas. Every room has an ocean view. The open air concept on the first floor allows for amazing bay breezes to flow through the villa. The villa is brick and stone construction very typical of Mexico. Enjoy the nightly fireworks, a spectacular display from your bedroom, pool or from the rooftop terrace. This villa is very charming and dramatic. All the beds are new and very comfortable with 620 thread count sheets and down comforters. There is daily maid service except for Sunday. A cook can be arranged for a nominal fee. The villa is ideally located within walking distance to all the fine restaurants, shopping and nightlife and of course the beach.
There are many activities and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. All the popular bars and discos are just 5 blocks away and a short taxi ride back to Casa Guacamole. There are many interesting art galleries and shops waiting to be discovered.
Whether you are strolling along the Malecon(boardwalk)soaking up all of PV culture or exploring the countryside or the many great restaurants you can't help but want to come back year after year.

Hi, I visited Puerto Vallarta and immediately grew attached.I purchased this beautiful villa a short 7 months after my first time in PV. Originally from Maine, I moved to NYC and lived there for many years working in TV. I am currently living in Los Angeles and working on The Tonight Show w/Conan O'Brien.
The best part is I am only a short 2 1/2 hr flight to Puerto Vallarta.
Why the Owner Chose Downtown (Viejo Vallarta)
The location of Casa Guacamole is ideal. I wanted an authentic Mexican style home. Casa Guacamole is in the downtown section of PV. Nestled in a Mexican neighborhood with locals as neighbors as well as second home owners. The views are amazing. You can walk to literally everything, shops, restaurants, nightlife, open air markets, the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this House/Villa
The villa is very roomy, 5000 square feet. Ocean views from every room including the third floor shower.The villa is very private. The first floor is open air concept which allows for ocean breezes to flow through the casa. Free vonage phone service to the US and Canada. Free wi-fi.
The media room has a large wall mounted flat screen tv as well as a dvd library and books. There is a game table also with an assortment of games. I love to barbecue, so there is a very nice weber built in gas grill poolside. The maid service 6 days a week included is nice when you are on vacation. The villa is decorated with many interesting and unique items.
