Nautical Watch, is a privately owned, family-oriented vacation and resort development. Our unit sets directly on the beach, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, in our second floor, corner unit with one of the most spectacular views of all the units in the complex.
Sit on our spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy the splendor of this breathtaking venue. Or, set right on the beach in the two vendor beach chairs with umbrella, a $150 value, included free with your rental (March thru October). Or, if you prefer, walk just a few yards to our tropical courtyard and enjoy the private "heated pool" for your relaxation and swimming enjoyment.
Nautical Watch is located on the beach, on the east to west span of Thomas Drive approximately two miles west of St. Andrews Park and two miles east of the "Strip". The unit has one bathroom and one bedroom with two double beds and two twin bunk beds above them. The sleeper sofa, in the living room, will sleep two. The unit will accommodate 4 adults very comfortably. There is additional sleeping space for up to 4 children.

Peak season (mid May thru Mid August) and spring break weeks rent Saturday to Saturday only (see rate sheet below). Nightly rentals (3 night minimum) during off season. Sorry, no pets. This is a "NO SMOKING" unit.

Nautical Watch is the 2nd rental property we purchased in Panama City Beach. We wanted something that was right on the beach and suitable and affordable for families. We have been extremely pleased with the Nautical Watch complex for use by our guests.

Our Nautical Watch unit is a 2nd floor end unit that sets right on the beach. Our beach balcony has a view that is priceless. Very nice and comfortable deck furniture. A perfect unit for families and kids. The beach and pool are in close proximity to the unit with little worry about your kids in traffic.

My wife Vicki and I, Tom, were born and raised in Louisville, Ky. We have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Our family is very close and dear to us.
We purchased our first rental unit in 1997 and have rented to many families throughout the years. We invite you and your family to stay with us!

What a nice condo! It was very clean and well equipped. Creative use of the space. The condo was the perfect size for our family. We had a great view of the beach and the complex was convenient to everything. We will most definitely try to get this unit again for our next vacation.

We stayed the first week of May 2003 and had a wonderful vacation. The condo unit is in a great location, extremely nice and comfortable! It was truely home away from home, it had everything to make our vacation relaxing! We look forward to spending another vacation in this unit in the future!
