  The best thing about this property was it's location to the ocean beach. It was a great deal for price and ideal location. We enjoyed the use of the bikes. We also used the wagon to haul all our stuff to the beach. Only 5 minute drive to Sea World. Overall the property was neat, but small. Read the ammenities carefully. This is an older property that doesn't have a dishwasher or disposer. The laundry isn't inside your unit, it is shared. The window panes are thin, so you can hear everything outside. Also the front door needs to be rehung, as you can see daylight under it and the deadbolt lock doesn't match up.

  My family and I had the best time at Mi Casa. It's a terrific little place with beach access, an outdoor eating area and barbecue. We enjoyed lots of bike rides and sunsets. Highly recommended.

  My family and I spent our Spring Break at this fabulous spot. We have three boys and they were entertained the whole time. It was nice that beach chairs, and bikes were included in the rental. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities we needed to cook our own meals. The patio was enjoyable with a good barbecue set up. Location is also a selling point. It is next to the strand and it was fun to walk down to where the shops and rides are. Another fun thing to is to rent the next door unit with another family. That is what we did and parents had just as much fun as all the kids. We look forward to returning again in the future. Julie the owner was extremely friendly and wonderful to work with.

  I love mi casa. It is a charming apartment which is well cared for and well stocked. The location is ideal, a minute from the boardwalk and the beach. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative. The listing is very accurate and the owner is very helpful. I would recommend the World Gamous restaurant and Breakfast on the beach. We also enjoyed whale watching at Seaforth. It was a great month.

  We've stayed here for the past 4 years and there is no other place that my family would rather stay. The unit is clean and the location is perfect. Within 1 minute you are on the beach or boardwalk. Hop in the car and you are at Sea World in 5 minutes. The pace is a little slower and more family friendly. My family and I have great memories from here and we plan on going back as much as possible. Thank you Julie!!! Hope to see you the summer of 2013!!!

  We stayed in the cozy 2 bed, 1 bath beach condo upstairs from this unit for a week in late July. We spent most of our days out at major attractions - my wife, 7 and 11 year old boys, and I enjoyed the cozy kitchen quick access to the beach or bay side (beach and boardwalk are active, bay is quieter and much less windy). Kitchen had the basics that work for basic breakfast and dinner. The Trader Joe grocery was about 10 minutes north in Pacific Beach (PB is more college kids and bars). Great location to get both the beach and have a quick drive to all attractions. Plenty of towels, cable flat screen and DVD. Arrived to find a few burned out bulbs that the housekeeper changed quickly. Also Property Manager came by to check in. Bottom line, it's exactly as described and a great home base for a small family seeing the sights with a Mission Beach vibe!

  The location was perfect. You were at the ocean in a minute and you could see the ocean from the deck. The apartment was clean and colorful. I had a wonderful time. Everything that we needed was provided to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Our weekend guests loved it too. I would recommend it to friends or relatives. The airport adn Seawoeld are very close. We loved World Famous Retsuarant on Pacific Beach. We enjoyed the Zoo, Safari Park, La Jolla Seal Cove and Point Loma. I would definitely stay at the apartment again.

  My partner and I rented this condo for the month of January to escape the wicked cold of North Dakota and it was a great experience. The condo is the perfect size for two adults (both of us were telecommuting, working from the condo each day). The location is very central to all that greater San Diego has to offer. Mission Beach is beautiful and very friendly, we were literally 200 ft. from the beach, volleyball and of course the incredible Pacific Ocean where we jogged most days. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance and many, many more just a few blocks up in Pacific Beach. Our most favorite area for great scenery, restaurants, art galleries, etc. was La Jolla, a short 10 minute drive away. Julie the property manager was very responsive to our requests (we tried to minimize them) including replacing the gas BBQ which was important to us. Thank you Julie for the great respite from our Northern climate!

  My family enjoyed our stay at this property just a few steps from the beach. The unit was exactly as described in the listing-literally 50 feet from the beach. We enjoyed walking and riding along the beach( they did provide bikes for us to use). It is not updated and a with new kitchen, but it is cozy and clean and worked just great for my family. We had access to wi fi and they did have a DVD, if you want movies and internet. We did sit out on the patio and found it a useful part of the house. The owners were very nice and helpful as well. Would go back and stay again.

  Rented this house for thanksgiving. We had a fantastic time, it was perfectly suited to a long weekend on the beach. They had their act together in terms of the little touches that many rentals omit. My niece loved the collection of beach toys, she would grab new ones every time we headed down to the sand. The bikes were another really nice amenity... you can see so many things by bike in South Mission. The kitchen was good enough to pull together thanksgiving dinner, and that's saying a lot. I also really liked the location. South Mission is so much quieter and nicer than the rest of the nearby beach, and having the park, jetty, and volleyball courts right in front of our house was a great bonus. We also used the barbeque and outdoor table heavily. If you like to surf or boogie board, one of the best surf spots in San Diego is right in front. Although not on the boardwalk, it was so close that we could skip out to the sand on a whim. And were nicely tucked away. I'm sure that during summer craziness it'd actually be better to be a little off the sand in terms of noise.
