Affordabiity...its kept very clean...size...keyless entry....each bedroom has its own flatscreen tv and private bath for each bedroom. A private backyard with deck, which is not common this close to the beach. Our golf cart (for family members over 18) can get you to the closest beach entrance.

Surfside Six is within the 30a neighborhood which is one of the most laid back areas left on the 30a stretch.
We are within a few hundred yards of sugar white sands that were voted one of the top 10 beaches in the US a few years back.
The neighborhood is quiet. We are on a street that dead ends so you don't have busy traffic.
Amenities:
Surfside Six has four bedrooms, private baths, one half bath on the first floor, perfect for traveling with another family.
There is a balcony on the third floor overlooking the back of the house giving you privacy. There are lights that on on in the evening giving you a wonderful back yard retreat.
It is beautifully decorated without having been by professional decorators. A house with its unique personality is what most people want for their vacations.
The house is three floors high. Everything has been renovated. New kitchen cabinets, counters, crown moulding, freshly painted walls, tile and pergo floors are all new. Also there is a new washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishes, back deck, landscaping, house pavers. Parking is for three cars off the street and there is a golf cart for those over 18 to be used to drive to the beach (not for use on 30a).
When you walk in the first floor, you kitchen and dining area is to the left, a living room, laundry closet is to the right. From the living room, a glass door leads to the backyard which has a back and side fence. Up the stairs are two bedrooms with private baths. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other two twins.
Going up the stairs to the third floor you will have a porch directly at the end of the stairs. To the left one bedroom and bath, to the right another bedroom and bath. Ceilings are vaulted.
Also the home has three bay windows, which brings in lot of light.
The home has a playstation with games, books, music which you can use while visiting.
Our housecleaners come before you stay, cleaning linens and towels.
We allow one dog, but there is a non refundable $125.00 pet fee and other requirements if you bring your dog.
Security of $250.00 holds the dates and is returned to you within two weeks of your departure. Florida state taxes and housecleaning are included in total house rental cost.
We are three houses off 30a on the gulf side. We also are members of the Blue Mountain Beach Club so you can use the beautiful pool, exercise room, shuffleboard and tiki bar. We are close to great restaurants, public beaches, walking and biking trails and away from extreme congestion. No condos over 4 floors in the neighborhood. Its beautiful.
We are close to Santa Rosa Beach (3 mi) and between Panama City and Destin (25 min) or any of the other beach towns on 30a. It really is heaven on earth staying in the area.
This is our first year renting our home, so take advantage of the low rates this year.
You must be 25 to rent.
This is a non smoking property.
A well trained dog will be allowed with permission of owner and non refundable fee applies.
No cats.
Money will be refunded is the National Weather service issued warnings. So far with our other home Beyond The Sea that we purchased a couple of years ago, we haven't had this happen.
