We are a DOG FRIENDLY rental home with some simple stipulations for your dog.
This rental is great for families with children and grandparents. One of the master bedrooms is on the first floor if you don't want to climb the stairs. Three of the four bedrooms have private sinks and toilets. There's a large outside shower that guests love. A sunroom to read the paper in quiet relaxation.
The kids can be by themselves playing games or watching their shows upstairs. The rooms are spread out and large enough to accommodate many in your group, giving all their "own space" as needed.
You can walk to the beach or one block to the 74th Street playground. Great for young ones!
Teenagers can walk to the recreation courts, skateboard park on 80th street or possibly the 20 blocks to Stone Harbor shopping.
So, bring the grandparents, the kids and the dog to have fun and sun and play at the Jersey shore!
Hardwood flooring throughout the home. New king size bed in master upstairs. New queen bed in master first floor. New washer & dryer. New oven/stove, microwave. HDTVs. Ceiling fans throughout. Wireless internet available.

We really enjoyed staying at your home and loved having our dog on vacation with us. It was large enough so we could all have fun together. The kids loved the decks and my parents enjoyed being on the first floor.

Alternate email address is lochuida at yahoo. What is the cost for June 21 - 28th? It would be myself and two boys, one of which is physically disabled, so it sounds like your house would be perfect for us.
Owner response:We have had many guests who are physically disabled and some who use a wheelchair although the home is not officially handicap accessible. The main living area is on the first floor and wood floors help as well. There are 4 steps for access off the back patio/deck.
