This large 2400 square foot luxurious condo with a panoramic view of the Gulf and Bay has the ultimate floor plan. It offers tinted floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors which separate this amazing floor plan from its even more amazing 576 square foot balcony that allow unobstructed views of the Bay and views of the Gulf. This condominium was professionally decorated and furnished with elegance and comfort in mind for everyone. Black and white mixed with beach colors were used throughout. This unit has all brand new furnishings and has never been occupied until June 2008. There are two waterfront master suites each complete with a king size bed. There is another bedroom with a queen size bed and two sleeper sofas in the media room and living room to accommodate up to 10 guests. From the balcony, you have a direct view of Ono Island, Robinson Island, Old River, Terry Cove and the Gulf.
The resort offers a beautiful 14-story sky-lit atrium in each building and 23 acres that border more than one and-one-half miles of shoreline, pristine beaches, protected natural habitat, and breathtaking sunsets. There is plenty to do at Caribe Resort: play tennis on three professionally designed tennis courts with lighting, practice your putting on two putting greens (one 10,000 Square Foot Tiff Eagle putting green), playground for the kids, saunas (dry and wet), fitness/workout rooms with state of the art equipment and flat screen TV’s, swimming pools (indoor/outdoor - with water slides), large winding lazy river with float tubes, 6 Tiki covered hot tubs outdoors and 3 indoor hot tubs, game room with PlayStation, X-Box 360 and Nintendo Wii, poolside Deli and much more.
In addition to the amenities listed, our unit has a fully furnished gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, to include a warming drawer, solid-surface granite counter-tops, wet bar with ice maker and 60-bottle climate-controlled wine cooler, full-sized washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
The master bedroom which leads to a Jacuzzi suite master bath has a king size bed and great view of the Bay. The secondary guest master suite bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has spectacular waterfront views. The media room features a 42 inch Plasma TV and the Living Room has a 50 inch Plasma TV. The media room and living room each are complete with sleeper sofas for the comfort of additional guests. Another guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Linen's are provided and there is a TV and DVD in every bedroom.

New Restaurant Cobalt is within in walking distance from the unit located next to Caribe Resort. This is one of the best, most exciting places to eat in Orange Beach! Awesome!
